Hawaiian Rep. Tulsi Gabbard says she’s studying up on how to impeach el Presidente Trumpo already.
Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii) said this week that she is looking into the impeachment process amid constituent calls for action against President Trump.
“On issue of impeachment, I am doing my homework,” Gabbard said at a town hall event in Hawaii, as first reported by CNN on Friday.
But she’s not as stupid as most Dems – she realized that it doesn’t solve the problem because of who’s next in line:
“I am studying more about the impeachment process. I will just say I understand the calls for impeachment, but what I am being cautious about and what I give you food for thought about is that if President Trump is impeached, the problems don’t go away, because then you have a Vice President Pence who becomes President Pence,” she said.
Gabbard warned the audience that Pence is “about as hawkish as they come” and would be “far more effective” than Trump in pursuing a conservative agenda.
Gabbard is a mystery. Sometimes she parts with the Dem party and sounds very reasonable. Then she runs off to chill and Netflix with Bashar al-Assad and now she’s barking about impeachment?! She’s angered Democrats and Trump-supporters alike and will go down as one of the least liked congress-Hawaiians everrrr.
