The Daily Caller’s Nicholas Ballasy tracked down CNN’s Wolf Blitzer at the White House Correspondents Dinner over the weekend, and he asked him if he thinks Obama should reimburse taxpayers for any of the speeches he has given recently at college campuses (mostly in swing states) under the guise of official presidential business.
Judging from Blitzer’s response, this question has never even crossed his mind. He just assumes the Obama campaign is following the rules – “whatever those rules are.” See, he doesn’t even know what the rules are to begin with, and he doesn’t seem too curious to find out.
