Former U.N. Ambassador and cantankerous-mustache-bearer John Bolton said that the bombing in Istanbul today bears all the signs of an ISIS attack and not the Turkish Worker’s Party, a separatist group that attacks the Turkish government.

The mustache speaks truth though it must be noted that ISIS has not claimed responsibility in many of the attacks they’ve committed in Turkey. Further, Turkish President Erdogan has previously used attacks in his country as a pretext to pursue ISIS, but actually bomb the PKK.
