I usually like Jon Karl a lot because he seems very fair and professional, but in this interview with the toupee’d totalitarian, he lets him rattle off whatever he wants with very little pushback.

The biggest thing is the claim that Cruz’s camp had something to do with Liz Mair’s SuperPAC ad of Melania that started the wife wars. There’s absolutely no evidence of that and Trump knows it, but he’s able to lie about it with impunity. In fact Liz Mair has said it has nothing to do with Cruz.
Another odd claim that I see everywhere is that the Cruz campaign bought the copyright to the GQ photo and gave it to the SuperPAC to use. This is insanely illegal, and again, there is absolutely NO evidence of this happening.
But that’s the only way a scam artist charlatan like Trump can be elected.
If only we had a press that would call him on it.
