Kaepernick LAWYERS UP, files GRIEVANCE against the NFL!!

And here you go, Colin Kaepernick has filed a grievance against the NFL saying that owners are colluding to keep him from being signed to a team.

From ABC News:

Former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has filed a grievance against the NFL, alleging the owners colluded to keep him out of the league because of his protests during the playing of the national anthem before games.

The grievance alleges the league’s owners “colluded to deprive Mr. Kaepernick of employment rights in retaliation for Mr. Kaepernick’s leadership and advocacy for equality and social justice.”

Yeah that ain’t goin’ NO WHERE buddy.

The NFL did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Instead of filing the grievance through the NFL Players Association, Kaepernick has hired attorney Mark Geragos, who has represented several high-profile clients, including Michael Jackson, former NASCAR driver Jeremy Mayfield and musician Chris Brown.

So here’s the deal. It’s really hard to prove collusion. What are they gonna find? Texts from each of the coaches nefariously making a blood oath to keep him out of the game in order to keep slave culture strong? Riiiight.

Now let’s say they’re *actually* colluding against Kaepernick, for the sake of argument. I have NO idea why they would do that, but let’s say they did. OK, now prove it. You can’t? Case dismissed.

Just because no one signed him doesn’t mean they colluded. It could mean that every coach with a QB worse than Kaepernick has individual reasons to pass him over, ranging from KKK-inspired racism to not wanting to deal with the politics and the drama, to maybe they just don’t like afros.

That’s likely why he hired a scummy lawyer who defended Michael Jackson and Chris Brown – he’s gonna play the race angle since he has no evidence.
