The attorney for Keith Scott’s family says that the video they saw from the police tonight didn’t show if he had a gun or not – but he does say that he had something in his hand.

This makes me think that he might have actually had a gun because he won’t say what he had in his hand:

The family says that he had a book and that he was waiting for his kid to come home from school. But the police say he had a gun. Either way, it’s absurd for people to riot without knowing what the circumstances are…
