Kelly File’s exclusive behind the scenes look at Nevada ranch showdown via Filmmaker Dennis Michael Lynch

Megyn Kelly had filmmaker Dennis Michael Lynch go down to Nevada during the showdown this weekend and he brought back some interesting tape from his trip.

“These people were willing to die on Saturday. I heard it in their voices. I saw it in their eyes”

    It starts.

It is hard to look back now and see it any other way – may God bless and protect us.

If we don’t stand up and fight for our constitutional rights we will be steamrolled!

Bundy Ranch – What You’re Not Being Told

      • No_BlahBlah

I watched the video. It seemed to be legitimate UNTIL it started equating the OWS movement with what is going on in Nevada.

The feds at the direction of the WH and Justice bent over backwards to encourage OWS because it suited their purpose.

After months of complaints from citizens, rapes, drugs, muggings, poopings, etc. FINALLY the Park Service gently nudges them out

The BLM meanwhile seizes cattle and lines up rangers to shoot citizens.

        How is that equivalent?

        • Marla Hughes

For one thing local people also complained for over 20 years about Bundy cattle destroying their private property and areas managed by the BLM that the taxpayers (federal, state and local) pay fees to use.

  • This was a good segment. I learned a lot.
I thought maybe Bundy was just looking out for number one. Only today or maybe yesterday did I realize how many people were actively participating as a matter of principle. And I appreciate the way Kelly explained the situation regarding the balance between the rule of law and morality.

I am encouraged, and I don’t mean to sound grandiose or melodramatic, but this could be a watershed moment for the fate of our nation because I see folks taking genuine risks for no more than what is right.

    • sDee

      It is a defining moment.

  • SisterMary

Was Megyn right? Is the law completely on BLM’s side? I read Bundy’s daughter’s letter earlier and I seem to remember that he had been paying fees for years until the government reneged on their part of the deal. Maybe I misunderstood.

    • Patriot077

My understanding is that he quit paying grazing fees when the feds took over land that belonged to the state, as it had from the time NV became a state.

      • SisterMary

But he’s willing to pay grazing fees to the state, right?

        • wales777

        • Patriot077

He has tried to pay the state but his checks have been returned to him.

    • wales777

He lost in Federal court. That’s his point. It’s not a :Federal” issue. It’s a state issue…

      • SisterMary

And the Feds think it’s a Federal issue because of the Endangered Species Act?

        • wales777

Because of the BLM. A federal agency who supposedly “manages” the land. The Feds are declaring (yes, declaring) sovereign state land as Federal land because they manage it and their power has never been checked. The ESA is an agenda 21 rouse to swallow up state land under this Gov agency.

          • SisterMary

Thanks. So much to learn. So little time.

      • katzkiner

Bundy never had a chance in court, BECAUSE, Whatever the BLM’s case is defines the law. The BLM makes the rules for land management arbitrarily with little oversight except from the executive branch. Most of the ABC agencies operate on this basis and Americans think they have a voice. You almost always lose against the Fed agencies unless you can find where they are contradicting themselves. And sometimes you still lose. Thank you Megan, Sean, Dennis and FOX.

        • wales777

Watch how Cliven and his sons explain this mess. They do an awesome job and I think they are on a huge educational tour to the American people.

          • Patriot077

That was a great interview. I really liked that they explained exactly why the public supported them. People from all walks of life are being injured by federal overreach. It is very sobering to read the Declaration of Independence with it’s quaint language that describes perfectly the situations we find ourselves in now.

        • katzkiner

In the old days Reid would have just tied Bundy to the railroad tracks. In 2014 he sends in the BLM Gestapo.

    • SisterMary

This is all such a cluster foxtrot.

      • sDee

CM Sackett posted a note from Bundy’s daughter that explains a lot.

        “By Shiree Bundy Cox:

“I have had people ask me to explain my dad’s stance on this BLM fight. Here it is in as simple of terms as I can explain it. There is so much to it, but here it is in a nut shell.

My great grandpa bought the rights to the Bunkerville allotment back in 1887 around there. Then he sold them to my grandpa who then turned them over to my dad in 1972. These men bought and paid for their rights to the range and also built waters, fences and roads to assure the survival of their cattle, all with their own money, not with tax dollars.

The rights to the land use are called preemptive rights. [which Cliven Bundy has cited.]

Some where down the line, to keep the cows from over grazing, came the Bureau of Land Management. They were supposed to assist the ranchers in the management of their ranges while the ranchers paid a yearly allotment which was to be use to pay the BLM wages and to help with repairs and improvements of the ranches. My dad did pay his grazing fees for years to the BLM until they were no longer using his fees to help him and to improve.

Instead they began using these monies against the ranchers. They bought all the rest of the ranchers in the area out with they’re own grazing fees. When they offered to buy my dad out for a penance he said no thanks and then fired them because they weren’t doing their job. He quit paying the BLM and tried giving his grazing fees to the county, which they turned down.

So my dad just went on running his ranch and making his own improvements with his own equipment and his own money, not taxes.

In essence the BLM was managing my dad out of business. Well when buying him out didn’t work, they used the endangered species card. You’ve already heard about the desert tortoise.

Well that didn’t work either, so then began the threats and the court orders, which my dad has proven to be unlawful for all these years. Now they’re desperate. It’s come down to buying the brand inspector off and threatening the County Sheriff.

Everything their doing at this point is illegal and totally against the Constitution of the United States of America.

Then there’s the issue of the cattle that are at this moment being stolen. See even if dad hasn’t paid them, those cattle belong to him, regardless of where they are they are my father’s property. His herd has been part of that range for over a hundred years, long before the BLM even existed.

Now the Feds think they can just come in and remove them and sell them without a legal brand inspection or without my dad’s signature on it. They think they can take them over two borders, which is illegal, ask any trucker.

Then they plan to take them to the Richfield Auction and sell them. All this with our tax money. They have paid off the contract cowboys andthe auction owner as well as the Nevada brand inspector with our tax dollars. See how slick they are? Well, this is it in a nut shell.

        • SisterMary

Thanks, I read this earlier and just got through reading the link marridge supplied.

    • sDee

When the judges intentionally rule against the law, against the Constitution, and against the will of the American people- are their rulings “law”?

Bundy’s friends have reset legal precedent. We can take back our country.

    • toongoon

When criminals control the law they can make the law be on anyone’s side they want. So these days the law usually favors democrat donors.

  • Patriot077

I am so glad that Megyn had Dennis Michael Lynch go to the Bundy ranch. And I loved his comments about our government giving the cartels free range while ordering troops to point weapons at American citizens.
(For those who may not know, Lynch has made 2 documentaries on the unsecured border. If you buy one video he sends more to you to share. Check out his website theycometoamerica dot com

    • MaxineCA

      He also has his website

Love this guy from the time he did the vids from the border.

      • Patriot077

I didn’t know about his other site. Thank you!

    • $2180674

They Come To America 2 is great. I bought it when you paid for 1 and received 5. I bought 4 orders and mailed 19 DVDs to friends.

Amazing what’s happening on the border.

      • Patriot077

Good on you, bill! I only bought one set!

  • wales777

    Fantastic report!!!!!!!!!

  • las1

    Wow! just Wow!

    Those pos networks!

FOX were the only ones present. The Obama water carriers couldn’t haul their butts out of Starbucks to save their careers. That leaking sound you hear … it’s their credibility leaking out of their asses. Absolutely disgusting.

  • Kevin

Tucker Carlson is faux Libertarian RINO.

    • las1

Yeah… I never liked Daily Caller anyhow. That and HotAir.

      • Kevin

agreed. tries to be the conservative HuffPo

      • Swamp Fox

Funny you should say that… anytime I happen to follow a link from Drudge that goes to either of those two sites you mentioned I find that my time was wasted on reading empty, crappy, off-the-mark reporting. Glad to know it’s not just me.

    • 1Emmit

Mr. Carlson, San Francisco born; he attended boarding school and is a child of wealth and privilege, he is a dandy in every sense of the word. Probably a vegetarian; hates beef cattle.

    • Judges718

      I wouldn’t label him as a Libertarian.

      deTocqueville1 described Carlson best here.

  • sDee

Listening to Lynch draw the comparison to this confrontation and BLM intentially allowing foreign and illegal trespassing on BLM border land, made very clear why Ramos and Compean were left to rot in jail.

  • Marridge

This is not about cattle or endangered turtles but about money and power:

    • sDee

“Non Governmental Organizations” An NGO is simply a UN front group. The UN has more control of our land and law than do we.

      Time to turn this around.

  • sDee

To do the bidding of Chinese solar company, the majority leader of The United States Congress strips American citizens of their rights, ordering them to shoot if necessary to do that.

Upon the bidding of gloablists and Mexican drug and human smugglers, the President, Secretary of State, and Attorney General of the of the United States provide free and safe access, use of our lands and services , while prosecuting and letting die, any Americans who stand in the way.

btw I learned yesterday that our big city around here (Raleigh) just opened its SECOND Mexican consulate..

  • wales777

Listen to this GREAT interview tonight with Cliven and his boys!!

    • sDee

Great interview. Wrapping it up with the same grievances Americans had against King George was sobering but amazing to hear from men who just stood up to the armed troops of the despot…

      • colliemum

Yes – and standing up against unjust laws and unjust government has a very long tradition amongst Anglo-Saxon people. Next year, the Magna Carta will be 900 years old.

Rudyard Kipling had this more humorous take in his poem ‘Norman and Saxon’:

“”The Saxon is not like us Normans. His manners are not so polite. But he never means anything serious till he talks about justice and right.
When he stands like an ox in the furrow – with his sullen set eyes on your own,
And grumbles, ‘This isn’t fair dealing,’ my son, leave the Saxon alone.”

        • sDee

It is why the oligarchs fill our immigration quotas with mindless slaves from all manner of subservient countries, and brainwash our children in government schools.

It is in our genes as you say. My parents did not immigrate here for free stuff – they came for freedom and the chance to fight for it..

          • CaptainCurmudgeon

The Liberty Gene…also known as FREEDOM BLOOD

  • imatellau

    great interview..
blm lets drugs and illegals across its managed land unmolested but is willing to draw down and shoot Americans? There needs to be a reset,

  • Jazzee

    I love this Lynch guy
should be on FOX more…great stuff on illegals he has done too

  • Terri

Has anyone else had a difficult time getting this to “share” on Facebook?? I’ve tried 4 times … (and I ‘share’ lots of things on FB) but it just won’t work … just wondering … why not? There are only 69 shares … that is so low for such a story … again … am I the only person who has tried and failed???

    • I’ve seen other comments like yours regarding facebook, it may well be being blocked as part of MSM blackout.

  • Christi25

Here is a link to the Glenn Beck website where it is given the transcription from Beck radio of how Cliven Bundy explained why he is sure the land is of the State of Nevada. It is very interesting and I think he is right.

  • nobs

Fox was the only news organization covering this? I guess the others don’t have the recourses to get out of New York unless it’s about race. Wake up, America!!!

  • PVG

    Great segment! Thanks Scoop!

  • MaxineCA

This situation has disturbed me from the start. Rather than posting comments made from my heart, being a granddaughter of rancher from the old days, I decided to research in an attempt to figure out fed/state lands, property and grazing rights etc. Over the last several days I’ve read enough that I thought my eyes would either bleed or my head explode. (topics included Sagebrush Rebellion under Reagan; Federal Land Policy and Management Act – FLPMA; Taylor Grazing Act and many other associated laws and policies over the years that have brought us to this place.)

I think if my kind, strong, wonderful, animal loving rancher Grandpa were alive today he would say, “Being right doesn’t mean you’re on the right side of the law if crooks are making the laws.”

Although there are scandals galore, what is truly coming to light is that we have to fight Agenda 21 (language was pervasive in my readings) and really pay attention to not only national politics, but those closest to home – county sheriffs and county commissioners who will be “OathKeepers”. They will be the only ones to protect us until we can throw the bums out at all levels.

    • BlueGood

“what is truly coming to light is that we have to fight Agenda 21”
      Well done Maxine…..

I have been trying to warn our people up here in Rural Ontario Canada about this very scary Agenda since January 2013.

BEST spot for mega facts on this is Rosa Koire in Cali.

Just google “Behind the Green Mask” – U.S.

Then “Eco~Fascists”, by Elizabeth Nickson. – Can.

or “Watermelons” by James Delingpole. – U.K. (now on Breitbart U.K.)

      SEMPER FI!

Good Reporting…..Puts the Propaganda Networks to shame.

  • Here’s some more footage:

    • colliemum

Thank you – that was another excellent video!
      I loved the end …!

    • toongoon

The federal agent in this video is bearded. I thought that federal agents were not permitted to wear beards. If that is true, does that make this agent a private contractor?
Can anyone clear this up for me?

  • colliemum

Just – un-effen-believable! Kudos to Fox news , but above all to Dennis Lynch.
His remarks about the Cartel/BML Land and the Feds standing there at the Bundy Ranch, not wanting to be there, for the sake of a turtle and yes, fees – while not a one of them is seen when the Cartel crosses the border with drugs: just un-effen-believable.
And yes, this is about Americans standing up to big and unjust government, in all seriousness, unto death, as Mr Lynch said.
The progs and the BHO government probably saw this as a sort of trial run, to check out if Americans really mean what they say about defending their rights. I hope they saw that yes, people are willing to do that – and the Feds are unwilling to follow government orders when there’s that resistance.

Outstanding stuff by Mr Lynch – outstanding!

  • Sandra123456

I got chills up my spine at the end of that video.

It is a wonder that that standoff didn’t become another Waco massacre.

It is so sad what America is becoming under Obama and Holder.

  • El Mac

What the hell happened to MK’s eyes at around :3 seconds in? Scared the crap out of me!

    • SisterMary

Not to worry, just a video glitch. Happened to Dennis, too, iirc.

    • colliemum

Ah – so I wasn’t the only one who thought MK must have some nifty new eye make-up on …
I think I saw it on another of her videos as well – and yeah, it was a bit scary.

    • stage9

Sort of looked like Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean when he was made chief over that cannibalistic tribe. They painted eyes on his eyelids.

      • El Mac

I’m just glad I wasn’t the only one seeing it….

    • nibblesyble

      me too!

    WHAT IS “LAW”????

Is “law” whatever a despotic government IMPOSES upon us? Is THAT law? Is forcing you to buy something against your will LAWFUL because some tyrant says that it is? Are immoral laws LAWFUL?? If the federal crime syndicate demands that you pay to murder the unborn against your conscience, is THAT lawful?? If stealing your property is codified into law, is THAT lawful? Is taxation without representation lawful?

    • SisterMary

I think one of the Bundys brought that up — were any of these BLM “laws” passed by Congress? Just like most of the EPA stuff I imagine…

  • freeperjim

Always remember it was HELLry Xlinton, the Alinsky communist, who was telling Janet Reno what to do at Waco.

  • Dukehoopsfan

This is not about turtles or even grazing fees. The criminal senate majority leader and a family member are part of a group of cronies involved with a solar energy deal with a company owned by China.
This is about how much money they can make using the overreaching federal leviathan as their tool. While there may be some good people working for BLM most of them are merely useful idiots for taking up arms against Americans.

    • Nanaz

AND…..Don’t forget about the water issues in the area.

  • detectivedick

Thank you Ms. Kelly and Mr. Lynch. The protesters were peaceful and up against BLM with Military weapons, Military vehicles, dogs and body armor and orders to shoot. To quote Harry Reid, “this is not over” well you can bet on that Harry.

  • toongoon

How Convenient. Clark County criminal records have been moved to an offsite location and not available for public viewing!

“Effective Monday, April 14, 2014, the District Court Civil/Criminal Records department will be moving to a new location off-site (several miles from the Regional Justice Center – RJC). The Civil/Criminal Records counter will remain on the 3rd floor of the RJC. All requests for microfilm/microfiche will be processed with a minimum turnaround time of 2 business days and the microfilm/microfiche will be delivered to the counter at the RJC 3rd floor. Copy and search requests can be dropped off at the RJC 3rd floor counter or mailed to the Civil/Criminal Records department (mailing address remains unchanged). Copy and search requests will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and either returned to the RJC 3rd floor counter or mailed out via USPS.”

“The new location for the Civil/Criminal Records department does not allow for public access, so all requests will be handled remotely. The Civil/Criminal Records department will continue to process all requests in the shortest time possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.”

    • SisterMary

Wonder how long that’s been in the works? Since Friday?

      • toongoon

You’re absolutely right. This didn’t happen overnight. But it did seem to coincide with last weekend.

    • another coincidence.

  • Like Dana Loesh stated on FoxNews Megyn Kelly’s show, if the cattle had been illegal aliens, they would have been a protected species, given amnesty, and food stamps, a free college education, and a pre-voting registration card pre-marked for Democrats by this Obama federal govt, instead of rounded up and deported by law.

That said, this dispute is about a more broader issue and principle- the massively growing overreach of the federal govt power’s and control sphere over People, Property, and States Rights, using the legalities and machinery apparatus of federal govt agency bureaucracy, regulations, laws, etc, which have been used to intimidate, coerce, and threaten people with whom they wish to obtain something from. This is what’s at the heart of this matter.

The Federal govt, as we have seen Obama and his crony henchmen and women do, to make laws, regulations, policies, rules, fines, fees, etc, that turn once law biding citizens into criminals in the eyes of the courts, is the very definition of abuse of power.

That’s why this issue, whether or not Clive Bundy stands on current legal grounds isn’t so much the issue of importance, but the broader issue of federal govt overreach beyond their purpose.

Once a territory has been ratified a designated State, which all land on the 48 contiguous United States has been, then the Fed Govt should no longer be involved in owning and controlling any lands in that State, other than US Military installations, etc.. Why the Federal govt maintains it’s ownership of between 80-95% of Nevada is astounding and must be changed where the land ownership must be given back to that State, otherwise, why even include it in the State’s border outline. That goes for all the other States, but particularly the Western States where vast tracks of lands are uninhabited, except by native Indians, or where a national State Park refuge is established..

That’s the basis and premise of this argument at hand with Clive Bundy, his autonomous settled land rights, and to make that case is nothing short of daunting against the power of the United States Federal Govt.

This is the United States of America, of We the People, NOT the Federal Govt of America.

“The Republic was not established by cowards, and cowards will not preserve it.”
    ~ Elmer Davis~

This is obama dividing our country for his own agenda , and big government has gone too far because of HIM . People on the Left better wake up .

  • Conservator1

Dennis Michael Lynch also wrote an excellent article of his experience in Nevada at the Bundy Ranch that I recommend all to read:

“What I witnessed on Saturday in Nevada was as heroic as it was sad. The heroism was on the part of the Bundy family and their supporters. The sad part was on the side of the BLM who felt it necessary to point M16 riffles at the American people for the sake of saving a rare turtle? Please.

I stood there with my camera and watched the protestors say a prayer. A feeling came over me. I sensed the situation was going to turn nasty. I could see conviction in their eyes; I could hear a nervousness in their voices. This was real and they were there to fight for more than cattle. They were fighting against a big government which tends to overreach and underserve. I did not want anyone to be hurt, myself included. And so I felt the situation needed someone to diffuse the bomb that was ready to explode…”

Funny how a socialist fascist like Obama has no problem pointing M16 rifles at Americans, but is a wimp on the world staged.

    • The 300

Regarding the last statement, that shows you who he thinks the real enemy is.

  • Shiree Bundy Cox has a blog site for updates here:

  • Cin

Megan, those feds first oath is to uphold the constitution not the “law”.

    • Laurel

      Constitution is the law.

      • Anna Maria Perez

And provides ZERO enumerated federal authority to manage land, charge grazing fees, or police civilians. The Constitution leaves the federal government almost powerless domestically, if they actually followed it. Read Article 1, Section 8. Anything Congress legislates MUST BE SPECIFIED THERE as an area they can legislate in. Domestically, they are left primarily to interstate trade regulation, running the Post Office, and coining money. Not much else.

Almost every federal law is UNCONSTITUTIONAL, but we have veered away from the Constitution for a very long time now. About 101 years to be precise.

Mass ignorance allows it to happen. Finally, some people have had enough of it. The federal government is not our ruler.

As an example, how do you think Congress ever made marijuana illegal? It took 75% of the States to ratify the 18th Amendment in the Constitution to outlaw booze at a national level. That is the only way to make a legitimately constitutional, domestic law over We The People.

        • Laurel

My dear we have veered from it since the Civil War…a lot longer than a 100 years.

We have had numerous court precedents established that disagree with you…and me for that matter. The only point I was making is that Megyn Kelley is referring to Constitution when she refers to the ‘law’.

BTW…most of the origin for the abuse is commerce clause. Marijuana laws have nothing to do with this.

          Anything else?

  • Marla Hughes

Most of the people weren’t local. Just a FYI. The locals, including fellow cattlemen (Bundy is not telling the truth about him being the last rancher standing in Clark County), do not stand behind Mr. Bundy. They don’t like the BLM’s actions but don’t like Mr. Bundy, either.
