According to Kellyanne Conway this morning on Fox and Friends, Trump is considering removing the sanctions against Russia:

When asked whether Russia will have to change its behavior before getting the sanctions dropped, Conway doesn’t really say. Instead she deflects to say that Trump will call out leaders who act against American interests and that of humanity.
So it sounds like Trump will likely go ahead and drop the sanctions in exchange for some commitment to fight ISIS.
This is contrary to the thinking of others, like Ralph Peters, who say we need to keep the sanctions on Russia because they are working.
