Kellyanne Conway is on MSNBC right now being interviewed by Steve Kornacki. The first topic to obviously come up was on Mike Flynn and Kellyanne Conway confirms that he does indeed still have the full confidence of the president:

The interview is still going on as I write this post, and Kellyanne would not reveal whether or not Flynn apologized to the Vice President.
MSNBC’s @SteveKornacki: Did Flynn apologize to VP Pence?@KellyannePolls: “I won’t reveal that”

In fact she wouldn’t say or confirm much of anything other than what’s been in the media already. She wouldn’t even say whether or not Flynn has spoken to Trump about this, so there’s really no point in posting the reset of the interview.
But in case you wanted to watch it, here it is:
UPDATE:
Just spoke to House Intel Chairman Devin Nunes about Mike Flynn.
He expects Flynn to keep his job, blames "swamp" denizens for leaks…
