Kellyanne Conway’s ‘dissembling’ is ‘DANGEROUS’ says Kirsten Powers

CNN’s Kirsten Powers ripped into Kellyanne Conway’s dissembling, which is just a fancy schmancy way of saying lying, in her very contentious interview with Anderson Cooper.

Let her explain why:

Powers said that Conway was intentionally lying to conflate the bad reporting from Buzzfeed with the good reporting from CNN, in order to deflect the damaging story. She also called it dangerous that Conway was calling for people to be fired from CNN based on her misunderstanding, or purposeful misleading, of the story they were reporting.

From my own comments on Conway’s absurd dissembling, you can probably guess that I agree completely with Powers. You can watch the entire interview she’s referring to here.
