Krauthammer says that Obama, through lawlessly enforcing the Dream Act via law enforcement and prosecutorial discretion, is encouraging illegal immigration and punishing legal immigration:
Imagine what this does. It tells the world anybody who wants to come to America, you jump the fence. If you are young and attractive you will get to stay here, you will get to get a work permit here.
