Krauthammer says that the Obama administration has trashed the first amendment so they could look at Fox News reporter James Rosen’s emails and they did it by saying Rosen is under criminal investigation as a ruse to look at his private emails. He went on to say this is a travesty because Rosen did nothing wrong and there’s no way they could successfully prosecute this case.
Kirsten Powers also makes the point that the Obama administration treats whistleblowers as criminals and ignore actual leakers. She says if the leak makes Obama look like a super American hero, they ignore it. But if it’s a whistleblower that makes the Obama administration look bad, then they go after them. She says everything is completely upside down.
