Lindsey Graham sat down with CNN for an interview about the negotiations around the DACA deal and said some interesting things about last week’s meeting and why he doesn’t think Trump is a racist.
First, and perhaps more interestingly, Graham refuses to elaborate on what happened in last week’s meeting when asked about it. Watch:
He makes clear that he doesn’t want to talk about it because he wants to keep talking to the president. LOL.
Which brings us to our next clip. In this one, Graham explains why he doesn’t think Trump is a racist:
Graham says the color of someone’s skin doesn’t matter to Trump because he’s a street fighter. If you criticize Trump, even if you’re the Pope, then he’ll go after you. But if you praise Trump, he’ll like you.
Now you see why Graham won’t talk about last week’s meeting.
