By The Right Scoop

I’m not a big fan of Lindsey Graham but he does a fantastic job in exposing the hypocrisy and disingeniousness of Holder and the Left in not considering the appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate these high level leaks coming out of the Obama administration. He takes Holder apart quite well:

I’m impressed, Scoop. You used a six syllable word in a sentence, properly.

      OOOOOOHHHHHH!

That’s not it. I am easily impressed and anytime someone uses a word that I have to pause and rest in the middle of saying is super impressive. Not picking on Scoop but actually complimenting. =)

The implication here is that the folks who follow this site are not capable of understanding multi-syllabic words. Well, doesn’t that simply add fuel to the trolls arguments in that the right-leaning folks are just a bunch of toothless, uneducated, God and gun tottin’ hillbillies? We are better in the end because our positions are based in reality and fact, not the dribble they promote. Don’t give them the satisfaction, they deserve nothing more than an ole fashioned butt-whoopin’.

Eric Holder is a disgrace as Attorney General and an embarrassment to the legal profession. When a lightweight like Lindsey Graham takes you apart, you know what a joke Holder really is. The charade has gone on long enough. Time to get the job done.

  • PJRodman

He was also really good on live CSPAN just a few minutes ago with McCain. Pretty scary stuff. Then the D from Oregon objected to the need for a special council because there are always LOTS of leaks…so what?

  • David Boyes

in the words of VP Biden it is a BIG @@*%)% deal!!! go GET HIM !!!!!!

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_OQI5D66OXO7X2FE4NVCZC7BAMA Joe

    I was listening live

Holder MUST be brought down ASAP

He has NO INTENTION of cooperating with anything at all

He is an arrogant b*stard and a clear danger to our system and Country

AND every person who defends him is complicit in his actions

    • airborneaz

He!! yes Joe. Clear and present danger indeed. This entire administration is a farce and the face of justice is nothing more than a whiney political yes-man who lacks-the-sack to do what benefits the nation as a whole.

  • steprock

And the zinger is at the end when the Chairman says Graham is just repeating Romney’s talking points. Classy.

    The Dems are such idiots

  • WordsFailMe

I appreciate the need for decorum but I would have been tempted refer to Eric “Gopher Snake” Holder that as a typical, jive ass mfer and that my guess is that he leaves his gold tooth in the bafroom before he comes to work each day and only wears a hoodie at family functions.

The man was born to lie and to be led around by the nose by a Chicago pimp-coke-head like the affirmative jackass he truly is.

Sick to death of these stupid, incompetent, traitors and thieves.

  • http://no-apologies-round2.blogspot.com/ AmericanborninCanada

The Plame case was a farce. I wouldn’t trust Holder to appoint anyone to investigate anything. Is Graham up for re election?

Darn it, I’m getting too cynical.

    • MiketheMarine

      Is it cynicism or experience?

      • http://no-apologies-round2.blogspot.com/ AmericanborninCanada

I see your point myMarine. A little of both maybe.

  • MiketheMarine

Resigning isn’t enough, at this point. He needs to be imprisoned. He should have been locked up after the Fisher thing during the Clintoon administration.

    • Amy

Amen! People have such a short memory. I was disgusted when I heard he was to be the choice for DOJ. He has a long history of criminal actions.

      • http://tinyurl.com/wwsotu Whitewolf2009

Are you copying my flag or am I copying yours! :-) Just love this flag!

        • Amy

:-) I fly it when I’m feeling clausterphobic and prickly. Given the over reach of our government right now, it fits my mood.

Do you fly it at home also? Just curious because I’m seeing more of them pop up around my area. My dad flies one and he’s in a very liberal neighborhood. Needless to say, it gets some looks of disdain and annoyance. LOL

          • http://tinyurl.com/wwsotu Whitewolf2009

Yup, I fly my flag proud! Thank God for no HOA! LOL!!!
Have you or your dad had any problems? We’ve seen stories about vandals trying to burn the USA flag on private home property, nevermind the “Don’t thread on me flag”! I hope and pray not.

            • Amy

No vandalism – and no HOA’s. HOA’s are worse than vandalism in my opinion… :-) I’ve only lived in one neighborhood where they formed one.

      • http://www.facebook.com/kingofthehokies Jim Land

I was unfamiliar with Holder before he was Attorney General. What else has he done?

        • Amy

Holder worked in the Clinton DOJ under Reno. He was involved in the pardons at the end of the Clinton administration. There were several controversial pardons including Marc Rich and members of a Puerto Rican terrorist group (the clemency for these members didn’t make the FBI happy). His private practice after the Clinton era took him to the Chicago area where he played the shady game like all politically connected lawyers do in Chicago. He also joined Janet Reno in offering his legal opinion regarding our 2nd Amendment rights in upholding DC’s ban on hand guns. (I know, that doesn’t necessarily make him a criminal just because he doesn’t think we should own hand guns – just throwing it out there…)

  • badbadlibs

Side note: I see Sen. Jeff Sessions sitting next to Graham, he’s one of my political heros. I watched every minute of the hearings when John Ashcroft had been nominated by Pres. Bush to be AG.
I will never forget what Sen. Sessions said to ted kennedy after that man had said the most vicious things about John Ashcroft; Sessions looked at kennedy and said: “this coming from a man whose moral compass can’t get him across a bridge”!!!!!!!!!!!
I fell in political love that very minute!

    • http://no-apologies-round2.blogspot.com/ AmericanborninCanada

Oh Wow! That must have been great!!!

      • badbadlibs

After I picked my jaw up off the floor, I cheered! It was fantastic, forever seared in my memory…and if you knew my memory that’s saying alot! ;)
kennedy didn’t have word one to say and not one of his fellow dems came to his rescue…how on earth could they!?!

    • las1

      Wow!!

That was just a great example.

Sessions is always a joy to see in action… and he’s cucumber cool.

    • nibblesyble

I have never heard that…man I love that! Thanks so much for sharing. Sen. Sessions is now my hero too!

    • poljunkie

WOW! I wish I had heard that live!!!!!!!!!

      • badbadlibs

It was so hard not to throw something at my TV ;) The things the dems said to and about John Ashcroft brought Mrs. Ashcroft to tears. So, when Sen. Sessions said what he did, you would know why there was never an uproar over what Sen. Sessions said…mind you, he turned his chair and faced ted kennedy, he didn’t try and hide behind the mic and look out into empty space…he faced him square on!! It was a beautiful sight!!

        • poljunkie

I wish I had seen it!!!

        • poljunkie

          I tried too.

        • badbadlibs

Too bad. What kind of a search did you do? It was televised by c-span, maybe they have it in their archives?

          • http://no-apologies-round2.blogspot.com/ AmericanborninCanada

I’ll try that. I only tried searching on you tube. They have old stuff too, but I haven’t found it yet. If I do, I’ll be posting it here! :-D

  • http://tinyurl.com/wwsotu Whitewolf2009

Oh come on. It’s not like Holder actually wants a real independent investigation now is it? He want a smoke and mirror show… All flash and no bang… A paper tiger if you will… To give the appearance of doing something and taking it seriously… Without actually doing either!

  • E. Lee Zimmerman

Garbage. Lindsey is simply jumping aboard the bandwagon now that he doesn’t have to worry about any political backlash. This guy is one of the biggest cowards in DC.

“This side of the aisle …” This side of the aisle? THIS SIDE of the aisle? What SIDE of the aisle do you sit on, Lindsey?

  • http://profile.yahoo.com/44F4AB4VSCTOCHBMBG4ZWWD5OU Laurel

There is no part of this administration that isn’t criminal.

  • Sober_Thinking

Lindsey Graham is a moderate and his lukewarmness is sickening. Good rant.

I am glad though, that everyone is dog-piling on Holder. Holder sucks big time and should be jailed for his traitorous corruption.

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_E4C65QOIQ4XH67F6MEHWTXGODY Alan

Well, no amount of running Eric Holder through the shredder will phase the man. I just want Republicans to admit they did wrong in approving Holder for his position as DOJ. They knew his background beforehand.

Holder wasn’t worthy for the position in the first place.

    • http://tinyurl.com/wwsotu Whitewolf2009

He’s not fit for a toilet plunger guy! To put it another way… People who clean toilets look down on Holder.. And hold “flush” just that bit longer trying to get rid of him… But, like a virus, he persists… At least until November!

  • Amy

Holder has apparantely hinted as some sort of ‘Constitutional crisis’ that has to be avoided. Just what exactly is that supposed to mean? Was it a threat? Do documents prove this goes beyond just the DOJ? Is he just referring to an AG being held in contempt? Why is it no one in the hearing picked up that little gem and asked him to clarify?

  • Sober_Thinking

This is a show hearing… the freakin Democrats are going to continue to protect this criminal.

    • http://tinyurl.com/wwsotu Whitewolf2009

Three ring circus! Smoke and mirrors abound! Truth? You want the truth? it’s not that you can’t handle it… It’s just that we prefer to suppress it… Look over there… A shiny object!!!

I’m not a big fan of Lindsey Graham either, but yes, he did a very good job, laying out the total hypocrisy of the Democrats.

  • FutureOnePercent

Is that Tamara Holder sitting behind Sen Graham? I can’t stand her…

And where is NYGino today? Was he in Washington writing Holder’s responses? Because the obfuscation could have won a Nobel Prize in Literature.

  • FutureOnePercent

How many Democrats does it take to cover Holder’s ass? And what do they get in return for it?

  • Guest

He is up for relection in 2014. It is the establishment RINO program. Get conservative 2 years out before election. After then go back to being the RINO you are vis John McCain.

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000829771072 John Q. Jones

Well, my good Scoopy-friends… Graham certainly did well in outlining his cause; however, it once again falls on the mind of “Deny at all costs Holder.” A man who spends an inordinate amounts of time deflecting the questions with pitiful attempts at excuse making. Getting it on the record is probably all these men hope for when that lying scum perjures himself each time he sits in front of them…

Oh, and Scoop.. it’s “Disingenuousness.” just trying to help out.

  • nibblesyble

O.k. I am going to just say it..I have always like Graham. I don’t know if it is the lovely southern accent or his gentlemanly ways but I do. I don’t agree with half of what he stands for, but I do like him and he handled this very well.

  • 911Infidel

Holder is a propaganda merchant who makes Goebells look like a little school boy. He dances around every question that is thrown at him, and refuses to give a straight answer. Why is he not in jail yet. He’s not just an embarassment, he’s a cover-up artist.
His teflon is wearing thin. The time for playing games with this egregious lying troll is over.

  • poljunkie

Not much of a fan of Mr Graham. But whoa, he must of had his Wheaties this morning.

    • E. Lee Zimmerman

No. He sees it’s politically safe to pile on now, so he’s stepping up.

  • Pyrran

Holder’s hypocritical undies are flapping in the wind and it isn’t a pretty sight.

  • http://navalwarfare.blogspot.com/ Libertyship46

What are these two US attornies going to do? Nothing. At least nothing before the election. The way things move in Washington, an investigation like this could take are year or two. We are five months out from an election and even if they do get an independent counsel, that person will not have any results for a long, long, time. If they really want to get Holder, the Republicans should put all their efforts into the Contempt citation against Holder and try to force his hand that way. Then if Holder still does not comply, move for impeachment proceedings in the Senate. If Harry Reid blocks that, then have Reid explain to the nation why Holder is not giving up all the information on an ill-conceived and botched operation that left one US Border Patrol agent dead and God knows how many Mexicans murdered. I’d like to see Reid explain that to the public five months before a national election.

  • JoeMontana16

Did I hear Graham say he thought of Holder as a friend and respected him? I liked the rest of it but Dang that statement bothers me

    • NJK

He has horrible judgement if Holder is a friend. Your friend is an accessory to murder, Senator. Are these the types you normally choose as friends?

It amazes me, Holder has a title, therefore, Holder implemented bad policy, instead of being an accessory to murder. Obama is a bank robber, but because he usurped the White House, he can call it “Stimulus and green loans.”

I think since Ted Bundy was an attorney, his crime spree should have been called, poor judgement.

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_VVZODHFH7JZH7YGYOHGY6P7DY4 JR Dogman

On the contrary, I think that Sen. Graham’s noting that he likes AG Holder makes his point all the stronger. Why? Because everyone knows he means it. I’ve often felt, ahem, incensed over various of Sen. Graham’s statements with regard to many issues. But I think I have a good grasp of an aspect of his character, because it’s one he and I share: he tries to look for things to like, rather than dislike, in people, regardless of their overall political views. His fetishistic treatment of “bipartisanship” as an incontrovertible good has long driven conservatives up the wall. However, give the man his due: in situations like these hearings with AG Holder, Sen. Graham’s history of congeniality over partisanship and of looking for common ground rather than conflict pays enormous dividends. This is not the first time this has happened, either, nor will it be the last.

Indeed, we have seen Sen. Graham shine like this before on similar occasions. Listen to Sen. Leahey and his Democrat colleagues as they try to bat down his arguments. They can’t do it. They like him, and they know he likes them. Moreover, they know he is being both reasonable and fair. Right now, under the hot lights of the CSPAN cameras, they’re trying to protect their president and their president’s men. If President Obama gave a damn about them, he’d ask Holder to step down. Instead, Obama places these men in the uncomfortable postion of having to defend the indefensible. To get justice for Border Agent Terry and for hundreds of anonymous Mexican dead, and to stopper the source of these national security leaks, someone in the GOP caucus in the Senate is going to have to persuade enough Democrats to see that these should not be partisan issues. No other Republican is more suited for this task than Lindsey Graham.

  • NJK

Senator, he can’t. He knows Obama and the Muslim Brotherhood and others he’s put into the State Dept. and DHS did this. Obama wants the leaks. You would think after planes flew into buildings on 9/11, they could bring themselves to realize we have an infiltrator in the White House? They are all in deep denial, because they let this happen.

Muslim Brotherhood In Our White House – Vetting Obama

    http://frontpagemag.com/2011/02/03/the-muslim-brotherhood’s-penetration-of-the-obama-administration/

In your eagerness to get along, Senator, you let a horrible thing happen. You’re complicit.

I can’t even look at these so called members of Congress. They all make my skin crawl.

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_IDAKYMXLZIRLMLGEZJXV3AOO7E Vorlath

I read that as “Lindsey Lohan slams Holder”. I was like “Woah!”

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_VVZODHFH7JZH7YGYOHGY6P7DY4 JR Dogman

This is the frustrating thing about Sen. Graham:

He’s of the Sen. McCain mold, who is in love with “bipartisanship” for its own sake. For this reason, he’s considered one of the “reasonable” Republicans by the MSM/Democrat Party Complex. For *that* reason, his behavior drives conservatives nuts all too often — more often than not, in fact. However, strangely, it is in situations like this mess with AG Holder that Sen. Graham shines like no other, precisely *because* he’s been eternally knighted by the Great Lords of said Complex as the greatest thing a Republican can be in their eyes: reasonable. And so it is that when it really, really counts, this reasonable man, who happens to be a former military prosecutor (and, I’d guess, a damn good one), can rise to the occasion like the Red Baron.

You won’t hear this from me too often, so (assuming you care what I have to say — granted, a large assumption) please take note: God Bless Lindsey Graham. What a great job he did in that segment posted above.

And thank you, Scoop, for posting it.

  • http://black-avenger-1.livejournal.com/profile VirusX

I’m sick of all of them. I would have instructed Holder to answer “yes” and “no” questions with either a “yes”, or “no”. Nothing else would be tolerated, and any attempts at qualification without solicitation would be viewed as dissembling. Stop playing footsie with this punk, and send his ass to jail for contempt.

  • Susitna

We shouldn’t forget that the record of Holder is even worse…..in early 2010 he claimed that the Arizona Immigration Bill was not constitutional before he had even read the 10 pages long bill. He has never acted as an Attorney General for the People of the U.S.A. but rather as an emissary of the regime. He also dropped charges against Black Panthers in the civil case regarding voter intimidation, refused to use the expression “radical islam” during a hearing and last but not least was willing to prosecute CIA members for enhanced interrogation of terrorists. He is just the “cool” of the “gang”.

  • DebbyX

Is that like, we have to pass the Bill to know what’s in it?

    Yeah, right.

  • Luker410

Why are we wasting time. Everyone in DC knows that it was Brennan. Just arrest him.

  • Rightstuff1

Scoop I think you might mean “disingenuousness” as opposed to “disingeniousness”.

  • http://twitter.com/volgeek Tim Jaggers

Clearly Holder is trying to provide cover for the Obama Administration. It’s fitting that Leaky Leahy (D-Depends) is trying to help him.

  • 2besusie

Wow. Just wow. I never would have guessed that Lindsey Graham had this in him. Too bad he can’t find this fire in regard to Conservative principles.

As for Eric Holder, my contempt knows no bounds.

  • notebene

If these were, “first-rate prosecutors”, as Holder claims, they would not accept this assignment. Anyone in the DOJ is too close to the department being investigated…they are in it! That is a clear conflict of interest! Enough all ready! Holder should not be assigning any attorney to do the investigation! The congressmen doing the inquiry should be finding the outside counsel, because Holder has already admitted that he is not interested in upholding justice! He clearly stated that he sees his job as a political one and he has never failed to display that obvious position. Justice will never be a part of the DOJ until Holder is gone and it is cleaned out!

  • brendawatkins

Eric Holder’s ARROGANCE needs a HUGE SMACK DOWN! A Donald Trump moment if you will!

  • kong1967

What a bunch of jackasses. The obvious intent is to sweep it all under the rug. The prosecutors work for Holder who works for Obama, and they are noted for being big Obama supporters. Nah, no corruption here. This is freaking ridiculous.

I don’t think the leaker would have done so without Obama’s direction. The leaks might help Obama win the election but it hurts Obama’s ability to effectively manage national security. I don’t think an Obama supporter would do this to Obama without Obama telling them to do so. If Obama was a responsible President he would be all over this demanding the leaker be found and prosecuted, but what is he doing? He’s doesn’t even sound concerned and isn’t even acting like he wants to find the leaker. Obama knows who it is, and Obama’s behind it.

  • Primo1

This commitee should fine Holder $10,000.00 a day, everyday, until he gives them what they are asking for. Maybe that way Holder could understand what the Health care bill will do to the people of this country. How ridiculous the mind set of this idiot is
