The Trump campaign manager was on with Morning Joe today to explain why the Donald Trump is boycotting the debate, saying it has nothing to do with Megyn Kelly whatsoever. Of course, this interview came an hour or so after Trump called Kelly a bimbo on Twitter:

Say what you will about the Fox News statement that Trump is deriding, but can you believe he asks “who would ever say something so nasty and dumb?”
Are you kidding? This is what he does all the time now, whether it’s trashing an evangelical leader on Twitter because he endorsed Ted Cruz or trashing Ted Cruz himself as a nasty guy who his stupid and that nobody likes. Oh and let’s not forget the way he trashed Ben Carson as having a pathological disease. And the list goes on.
‘Trump’ is the answer to his own question. Trump is the one who would say something so nasty and dumb! TRUMP!
Geez. Does this man have any sense of self reflection??
