So, we should take a sledgehammer to Medicare but put more money in schools because without the schools we can't take care of the elderly. Huh? What does Medicare do, exactly? Last I checked it took care of the elderly.
Notice she didn't want to take a sledgehammer to Medicaid, which is a pure entitlement. She wants to take a sledgehammer to Medicare, which is being paid for by the elderly. She also didn't want to take a sledgehammer to Obamacare, which is going to be a massive expense for taxpayers. She wants to keep liberal social programs that force people to pay for someone elses welfare crammed into healthcare (free birth control, etc), but stick it to the people that actually pay for a government service.
I think the dial tone at the end said it all - spew garbage all day long about how to spend other people's money, but when called on the carpet about it, go deaf and hang up.

Amazing how once Mark brings up cutting DOEd she claims that their will be no educated children. So in the lefts world if you simply reduce the size of the DOEd and cut some of it's budget all of the sudden no kids are getting educated. How have we not been able to get the message out to like minded conservatives? They did not come out to vote (assuming no significant voter fraud). They had the tools to get us out of the pit (their votes) yet we were left in the jaws of people like this because our own people WOULD NOT ACT. What can we do if our OWN will not listen or act? We point our fingers at people like her and yet we did this to ourselves by not acting (not the people here, I am sure we all voted).
What can we do to get out from under the toddler's tantrum and back to sense?
I feel we have one last chance and it is coming up in the next election cycle. We must do a better job of motivating our own.

Oh, they WILL get it but by then it will be too late as they are rioting in the streets and attempting to rob those who saw the collapse comming. There really is no hope for them since they have now become the parasites who leech off of those of us who work in order to gain what we have. They have now justified theft through our government and when that government collapses they will just take matters into their own hands at the very cost of their lives.
They will never get it unless it collapses and even then I doubt it. To this day it is impossible to get a liberal or democrat to admit that Carter was an anti-free enterprise socialist or that his polices were an absolute and complete failure. Reagan bailed us out of a disaster and they say Carter just needed more time.

Not one of them has ever run a business. They are without a doubt the most clueless people I have ever dealt with. I got into an argument with a freeloader not too long ago concerning obamacare. He is on medicaid by his own choice. I asked him how much of a pie he would get if he and I were in a room with a whole pie and he said half. I asked him how much he would get if 8 more people walked in and he said a tenth. I looked at him and said "Welcome to Obamacare unless of course you are a senior in which case you get to watch others eat the pie." He stood there looking at me as though I had floated down from Mars. It is stunning how duped they are
