Listening to Obama is like being accosted at the supermarket by this guy selling a book of expired entertainment coupons trying to convince me they're still good. The problem is I purchased a book from the same person 2-3 months ago and the coupons were no good. Obviously he didn’t remember me but of course he doesn’t have 320 million possible customers. Regardless, Obama? You have 7 months.
Just a few thoughts after listening to Barry's sermon:
Why does Barry allow "unelected" czars to make law, but SCOTUS is an "unelected" group that has no right to decide what's constitutional?
I thought we had 3 SEPARATE branches of government, executive, judicial and legislative, not one exe-judical-ative which is controlled by Barry.
And lastly, each states elects representatives to be sent to DC to represent their own state, why then when they get there, do they become the "Federal Government", no longer representing US? Just sayin'...
I heard...true or false today that Obama may have been tipped off of the preliminary vote on Obama care that was held last Friday. Think of it...why else would he be attacking the SCOTUS??? Perhaps a call from a leftist Judge? Think of it.

Obama says that SCOTUS should not overturn Obamacare in part because a "strong majority" (read all Democrats) voted for the bill. If one wants to support that position then it would be illogical to ignore the fact that a "strong majority" of citizens want the bill killed in part or totally. So which has higher standing? Citizens or Congress? In my world citizens.
Obama has been thoroughly briefed by the traitoress Kaga and lapdog Sotomayor on the positions of the other justices. He's know he has lost.
He needs a race conflict now!
He needs a class war now!

I am sick and tired of people recall that BHO "taught Constitutional Law" -- just because he was the named instructor doesnt mean he taught RIGHT! he could have attacked the Constitution every day in every way. He doesnt believe in it-- how could he have adhered to its principles!!

Obama and the lefties HATE anything that is not conforming with their utopian, authoritarian viewpoint. Thank God for the Constitution. Thank God for those Justices who ARE following the Constitution in recognizing their position as a third branch of government that is EQUAL to the position and power of Congress and the Executive.
Once again I ask, why hasn't Kagan recused herself or been barred from ruling on this?
She should have NO say in this whatsoever because of her involvement in initiating it. SOMEONE has to have the legal ability to remove her from this case. I'm still asking how she is able to be involved in this. So wrong and criminal.
How else could she leak the vote to Obama, if she recused herself. As is the norm, the justices have time to change their minds after Friday's vote and the outcome could be different. Kennedy has done it before.
That is what Obama was shooting for. Publicly make a statement that Kennedy can understand, so that he changes his mind. Much like leaking the verdict of a jury and then coercing one of them to change their vote, causing a hung jury. Kagan was the leaker, Obama gave the threat, and Kennedy will change his mind. Watch the results in June.
Once again Mark nails it. The left are lying hypocrites... And the fact that maobama is more or less threatening the SCOTUS is so damn scandelous. Again, why is he not impeached yet?

That was Obama's 'plausible deniability' at work. He can say later that he wasn't threatening the supreme court justices because he was talking about 'uninelected people'. See, totally different. Nothing to see here. Move along.

UNlike what Obama would have you believe, it is the job of the Supreme Court on constitutional or unconstitutional laws...
But Obama is afraid...so he is continuing his communist agitating, er I mean community organizing. He also will not recognize that Congress, the Supreme Court and the Presidency are CO EQUAL branches of government....well that was before the 'age of obama'...

BHO went to law school he should know better than to try and interfere with the justices. What I understood by what he said today was he was giving notice to the liberal judges they better stay in line with BHO's obamacare. This is wrong!! These justices are there to uphold the constitution. That is their job and they are not to play politics, which I am sure the leftist do. Mark keep up the good work you are a great American.

Judicial legislation was when SCOTUS temporarily waived the moot doctrine so that they could legalize abortion only to use the moot doctrine to strike down attempts to challenge the abortion ruling, including "Roe's" attempt to recant the original law suit..........
Unelected people sitting in the Supreme Court doing their thing is judicial activism if they do not uphold Obamacare. But unelected czars appointed by Obama without congressional approval who make decisions and formulate regulations are not activists? We truly live in an Alice in Wonderland world.

Americans expressed their outrage in the 2010 election. Have you seen anything by the Bamster that has softened the passion to vote him out of office in 2012? He's a fraud who deceived the electorate in 2008. The truth about his past ideology, his past associations, his questionable identity, and his ongoing cover-up (including obvious forgery) and concealment of his vital records is all rising to the surface. In addition, his anti-American and tyranical bullying, along with his brain-dead redistributionist and class-warfare economic "solutions," are alienating more and more people -- including some of his staunchest former supporters.

Folks this is bad news. Either Kagan or Sotomayor has leaked the preliminary vote to Obama. A little inside baseball here: If they took a preliminary vote on Friday and it was 4 upholding the law, 4 striking down the mandate, and 1 abstaining, Chief Justice Roberts would instruct the other justices to reconvene at a future time to get a majority. This most likely means that Justice Kennedy is on the fence or the Chief Justice is on the fence. Obama is trying to intimidate the Court into doing his bidding! How pathetic!
Voting of the SCOTUS occured Wednesday, and throughout the three days of arguments, it is obvious the conservative judges did not like Obamacare. He's trying to threaten them, and that's frightening enough. If that's all the threats that were issued, they probably ignored him, but I would be very careful of their backs if I were a conservative SCOTUS judge. And I'd hide their families for awhile. Hope they have more balls than congress does or we're sunk anyway.
Of COURSE, Sotomeyer and Kagan ran to Obama right away to tell him what the decision was.
obama's really a lawyer and a constitutional lecturer?..........I'd like proof of that, cause, wow, he doesn't sound that good, his arguments are weak even to a layman and his fumbling is appalling- and he was using a tele prompter.
