It is truly amazing how Americans continue to luck out even as these awful attacks are made against us, and the Dallas Police Department shootout is no exception. Reporters were allowed access to the crime scene and have documented just how badly the perp shot up a police car with two cops in it, and yet they managed to escape unscathed.
