They really didn’t care much for The Life of Julia on Morning Joe for a couple of reasons. The first reason is that it’s gone viral with the wrong audience, Republicans. They feel it seems to give too much ammo to the critics.
But they also don’t like how it portrays Americans going through life with government assistance, from cradle to grave. Even Mika frowned on it, noting that it’s one thing to get a leg up, but to suggest that a woman needs government all the way through retirement was even somewhat offensive to her.
This is a very enlightening reaction that Republicans should all take note of during this election season because this is exactly what Obama is all about and this is offensive to most Americans, Republican or Democrat:
