MSNBC’s Katy Tur demands this Bible verse BE BANNED in America!

Soooo… I saw a pretty damn stupid segment on MSNBC – I know, this is not surprising. But still. These morons attempted to criticize Jeff Sessions’ not-terribly-great quoting of the Bible to support his implementation of the law, but by using their own even-worse misinterpretation of the Bible.

Watch below, if you dare:

First they try to say that Jesus Christ was telling everyone to not follow the law, so that’s kinda stupid. But then Katy Tur goes on to make the same observation others have been saying about the Bible verse Sessions cited. It is true, Romans 13 has been used in the past to justify horrible things, and so, she reasons, it should never be used again. Ever.

But that is a stupid f@#$%ing opinion.

You know what else was used to justify slavery and genocide? The only god liberals worship, science itself! Yes!! So does that mean that we can’t use science because others cited it in order to fuel their evil agendas? Nooooooo you morons.

There are plenty of other examples – proponents of eugenics justified forced sterilization and worse by appealing to Darwin’s theory of evolution. Should that never be cited again?

Now I don’t think it was wise for Sessions to use the verse in the way he did, because it was so generalized that you could take him to mean every law is moral. Which is clearly not true. BUT these dim-witted liberals trying to wield the Bible and history against us aren’t any better, and in this case they did much worse. Pendejos.
