MUST READ: Why Instapundit says Obama should RESIGN

Glenn Reynolds, aka Instapundit, writes today that Obama should resign for violating his oath of office and resorting to intimidation and thuggery against the man affiliated with the so-called anti-Islam movie:

INSTAPUNDIT – WHY BARACK OBAMA SHOULD RESIGN. Just for the record, this is what it looked like for a man who made a film that made the Obama Administration uncomfortable:

Here’s the key bit: “Just after midnight Saturday morning, authorities descended on the Cerritos home of the man believed to be the filmmaker behind the anti-Muslim movie that has sparked protests and rioting in the Muslim world.”

When taking office, the President does not swear to create jobs. He does not swear to “grow the economy.” He does not swear to institute “fairness.” The only oath the President takes is this one:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

By sending — literally — brownshirted enforcers to engage in — literally — a midnight knock at the door of a man for the non-crime of embarrassing the President of the United States and his administration, President Obama violated that oath. You can try to pretty this up (It’s just about possible probation violations! Sure.), or make excuses or draw distinctions, but that’s what’s happened. It is a betrayal of his duties as President, and a disgrace.

The Times of Israel reports that after they finished intimidating him and exposed him he won’t return home for fear of his life:

Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, 55, was interviewed for about half an hour at the station shortly after 12 a.m. in his hometown of Cerritos, Calif., said Steve Whitmore, spokesman for the Los Angeles County sheriff’s department.

After that, deputies dropped Nakoula off at an undisclosed location.

“He is gone. We don’t know where he went,” Whitmore said. “He said he is not going back to his home.”

So much for free speech in America.

Obama won’t resign so we must kick him out off office in November. We must and it can’t be stated strong enough.

    • Welcome to the Banana Republic of the United States of America! Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition!

    • warpmine

Already do that and it’s gotten nowhere. I should think a total armed protest might get their attention, however, they are true believers and will just shrug it off. They’ll never let go until their precious insignificant lives are placed in harms way and I hope to live long enough to see THAT happen.

      • E. Lee Zimmerman

Yeah, unfortunately, I pretty much do that as well, and it’s pretty clear that it produces absolutely no effect, nor will it ever. As I’ve mentioned before, the problem with our representative Republic is that it truly has become “the best government money can buy.”

      • RantMan

Armed Protest. Good way to end up in prison.

        • warpmine

It will eventually end up that way. Look around the world and watch how it all devolves to armed conflict. We once had a republic that was just, it was moral and blessed by the Almighty but that wouldn’t last as it was with ancient Israel, they turned from Him and he allowed them to suffer as a nation many times.

This is our fate, it is our responsibility to change it ourselves. The formula is available and it was a proven one. All we need do is institute it once again. Armed conflict is the only way to rid ourselves of the enemy(s) and if we are unwilling to take the necessary steps for survival than we must be willing to live with the evil around us all.

Here’s a fine piece about the illustrious Amb. Stevens:

He was in the end a true believer.

    • NJK

The problem is a complicit Congress. Just like the Ambassador, I hope the old media become victims of the monster they created. If we are attacked again, may they be right in the bulls eye. They believe they’re untouchable. If they were attacked, I wouldn’t lay a finger to help any of them. I’d walk by.

What would be even better is to call the companies that advertise on those damn networks and inform them that their products will be avoided at all costs. Someone could set up a website and compile the companies for the benefit of all who wish to participate…

  • patriotbens

We are looking at the enforcement of Sharia Law in America! This President must be impeached.

    • Tell that to Harry Reid.

      • Joe

Harry Reid is BRAIN DEAD and could care less about anything

The real BLAME goes to John “Spineless” Boehner

Boehner has said nothing at all –

He should at least start the proceedings – eventhough Harry would kill it

Stern action is long overdue – ZERO is even guilty of murder – Brian Terry

        • For all you guys calling for impeachment it needs a 2/3 vote to impeach. The democrats have a majority in the senate so he can’t carry out impeachment even if he tried.

          • warpmine

However, you don’t need that for impeachment trial. Let them present the case in public and then the people can view all the crimes this a-hat has perpetrated against the constitution.

            • white531

warpmine speaks the truth. Expose the Bastard for all he has done. It might be enough to wake up the American people.

          • The House votes first to send it to the Senate, and then the Senate votes to impeach. At least the HOUSE could make a freakin’ GESTURE…you know, for the record…but I seriously doubt Boehner has the nuts for that kind of stance.

            • That’s what happened to Slick Willie. The only thing that saved his sorry behind from hitting the bricks was the U.S. Senate.

          • Joe

            Most of us know this

BUT if proceedings are started –

            It will get everyones attention

          • Galatiansch2vs20

Impeachment happened to Former President Bill Clinton by the House of Representatives, even though the Senate did not do their duty and oust him from office.

        • NJK

The Navy Seals also. He’s an infiltrator.

        • mark1955

Exactly! The repubs could have stopped every last bit of Obama’s statist agenda if they wanted to. Instead, they have advanced and collaborated with it at every turn: Olympia Snowe with Obamacare in committee. Scott Brown being the key vote to push through “Dodd/Frank”,which among strangling regulations on financial institutions, gives Obama the unconstitutional right,to take over any financial establishment he deems ‘At Risk’. Geez, what could go wrong with that? sarc. Tom Coburn being the vote,by ‘Unanimous Consent’,that pushed through Obama’s stalinist, “Food Safety and Modernization Act”. Which gives Obama and his FADA,the same type of control over our food supply, that the EPA has over our energy supply. It allows Obama control over even Home Gardens and allows him to use denial of food as a weapon against the American people. Targeted famines, classic marxism. Brown and Coburn could have defeated these monstrosity’s with their single votes, but instead chose to push Obama’s agenda ahead. They didn’t do this on their own. They had to have the full backing of the repub leadership, including the people who run the repub Party and want a “New World Order”, the Bush crime family.

There’s more: Near unanimous repub votes on the renewal of “The Patriot Act”, “The NDAA”, opening up the skies to drones.BOehner’s submitting every Bill since becoming House Speaker, with the continued funding of Obamacare. The Repb Senate and House leadership, agreeing to the formation of the unconstitutional “Super Commitee”, which guaranteed the destruction of our conventional military forces,by making draconian cuts,if the dems and repubs couldn’t agree on budget cuts by Dec. 2011. Guess hat happened? The dems and repubs couldn’t come to an agreement. Go figure. sarc. Just as both Parties planned.

Then during the 2010 ‘lame Duck session, the repubs gave Obama another victory they didn’t have to, by agreeing to the “Start 2 Treaty”, which reduced our nuclear deterrent forces by 70%. That’s 70%! Even though it takes 60% of the senator prsent, to ratify a Treaty and the repubs could have easily defeated it, they chose to help disarm us and leave the United States dangerously vulnerable to a nuclear attack.

There’s also the repubs Light bulb ban, plus the repub sponsored internet freedom destroying “SOPA” legislation and “Pretend Conservative sen.Mike Lee, working with Chuck Schumer on the “Visit USA ACT”. This bill is designed to let foreigner’s buy residential property here,as long as they spend a minimum of $500,000 dollars on it and agree to live in it for at least 18 month’s. What could go wrong that? sarc. It supposedly denies them accesss to welfare and other benefits and does not give them a pathway to citizenship. Yeah Right! What happens when they start cranking out “Anchor babies” within that 18 month’s? This bill is designed specifically,to dilute our sovereignty and National character,by letting people into this Country who have no interest in being American. In my opinion,it target is muslims, who have the saudi royal family by property all over this Country and start planting the seeds of radicalism, with Mosques popping up on every corner. All part of the Bushie “New World Order, One World Government”.

The repubs aren’t letting these things pass by fecklessness, or cowardness, or stupidity. The repubs are acting with the dems in Treasonous complicity. There are too many “Coincidences” to come to any other conclusion!

          • Joe

I don’t want to believe that – but it certainly seems that way

      • FreeManWalking

        Or to the nearest Wall!

      • NJK

I’ll be glad when he dies.

        • StrangernFiction

It certainly wouldn’t be a solemn occasion.

      • patriotbens

There’s a whole lot I’de like to tell Harry Reid.

      • Galatiansch2vs20

The House could & still should do their duty and impeach Obama, even though the Senate is responsible for ousting him out of office and won’t with Reid as majority leader.

        • EEP11

Check out HR 107, the official House Resolution filed by 11 Congressmen to bring articles of impeachment against Obama as a result of the illegal invasion of Libya. The resolution was filed in March after Leon Panetta’s testimony that the President doesn’t need congressional approval to go to war. The resolution is on the docket for hearings with Chairman Issa’s group.

          • Galatiansch2vs20

Wow- didn’t know about that! This site talks about how there was a media blackout about it:
And gives a link to the actual house resolution:

Has Issa’s group moved it up the docket in priority, I wonder? It’s been over 6 months now! And there should be more added. For instance, his failing to enforce illegal immigration laws as they stand on the books in his recent stance about letting them stay if they say they went to school here or what have you. And not upholding freedom of religion by trying to force Christians, Roman Catholics, etc. to provide abortifactent coverage for their workers? And how about choosing not to defend DOMA, would that qualify?

  • poljunkie

If it happens to him (the filmmaker), it can happen to us.

I’m 52. I really never thought I’d see this day.

    God Bless America.

I bet you are in your mid 20’s now

        • Aw sweet!!! You made me smile now Joe, and I needed that. (((()))s to you!!!!

      • NJK

Yes, can you believe America, this superpower let this happen. They left a Muslim Brotherhood/Weather Underground plant, who I doubt was even born here, act as President of the United States. Not one damn person would stand up, for God’s sake. History will spit on all of them. One half of the govt. are murderous thugs, liars, and thieves, and the other are cowards.

Obama and Clinton are the ones who should be dragged through the streets in Libya. There the ones who caused this. I hope I see it when Karma catches up with them.

  • PAWatcher

The writing was on the wall as soon as the talking points came out……… the film was the cause of the protestors mass murder spree.
I say the FBI ought to play host to obama, biden and whoever was braggin on baggin bin laden, not sounding the alarms, not arming the embassies, and planning/contributing to this chaos……’s nothing short of coplicity with the enemy.

    • NJK

Did you know the FBI gave tours of their facility to Hamas? It’s true. To CAIR too. They’ve removed any references to Islamic Jihad from their documents, at the direction of the front group for terrorists, CAIR. And they have the gull to investigate a citizen. Mueller, should be arrested, tried for treason, and executed, along with many others.

      • Heck, members of CAIR give “sensitivity” training to the FBI, CIA and every other agency we have.

        • BS61

          And unfortunately the RCMP!

          • Heck, the RCMP had given into political correct crap when I was still up there. That doesn’t surprise me!

      • PAWatcher

You know NJK We are able to discuss what is going on around the globe and say what We think is the problem, but, I’m starting to get the sense that it is a freedom that is trying to be snatched from US for our own protection. The internet is a haven I never expected to be using and finding answers and sugestions for this troubled world We all live in.
Thanks for the info on these organizations in our nation’s capital, rewriting of history will get harder for this administration from outside DC after this election, because they will be out the door. They are as arrogant as Nixon and carter combined when they think they can rewrite history in their favor………truthful scribes are taking the notes of history in the making for sure.

  • jfcarr

It’s important to note that they didn’t go after him for insulting Islam or what not, but to ‘investigate’ a ‘possible’ parole violation. This allows them to pay lip service to the 1st Amendment while using the power of the state to intimidate and jail those who disagree with the government. In other words, it allows them to get away with it.

The way Federal laws and regulations are today just about anyone can be prosecuted for a felony. Most people commit 3 Federal felonies a day without knowing it and without criminal intent. Essentially, the Feds can go after anyone they don’t like, legally. I think that this will be used to stifle political speech in even more drastic ways in the near future.

    • The military operates the same way. There are so many rules and regulations, anyone can get busted at anytime. The worst thing you can do is be right about something and embarrass a senior officer who made a dumb decision. Some learn and move on, the petty ones then put in a motion a process to ruin a career. They accuse them of everything, including “conduct unbecoming”.

I remember in 2006 an officer was court martialed under the conduct clause for cursing. That is right, he used foul language…in the US Army!!! My O-4 boss at the time went into our O-5 boss and exclaimed, “What the fxxx am I going to do sir; this will f***ing ruin me!!”…hahahaha, lots of laughter, but there was no question the person going up for court martial was really guilty of just making somebody powerful mad.

It is one thing for the military to run that way where you need a very structured, disciplined environment.

In the US civilian world, this is totally unacceptable. I think the term is prosecutorial abuse to slam somebody over something where thousands of others are just given a pass because of another complaint. I don’t know how it applies to probation, but another legal concept which might apply is the equal enforcement – you can’t punish some over a law and let others walk.

      • I call it “Prosecutorial Zealousy”! Kindof a “fun” way to phrase it…any other way makes me incredibly sad and angry.

  • I read the AP report and it was sure to mention that Nakoula had been serving a sentence for Intenet fraud, and they were investigating him to find out if he was violating his parole.

I believe their intent was to publish his full name and town, and the fact that reporters were swarming his house so more muslims could find out where he was. They should have just gotten to the point and published his full street addresss. Where’s spike lee when they need him?

As for dear leader, this is one in a long line of offenses he ought to not just resign for, but ought to have been impeached for. Our government- specificially, the Majority in the House are cowards to bow to Harry Ried, as dear leader should have had impeachment hearings long before things got this bad.

  • ObamaPelosi

Obama took away the constitutional rights of an American citizen for exercising his right of free speech. Can anyone really believe that this is happening in America right now?? We need to vote this president out right now, or you will regret it for the rest of your lives, however short and painful it may be. You will regret it, because you know that it’s because of your vote that he got re-elected. Re-electing him will do no good for you. This is your helpful warning. You have your right to do what you want, but think about the consequences and vote with your heart for your future, for the future of your children, and anyone you may love. Our basic rights as Americans are under attack. If you can believe they are taking someone into custody over a You Tube video, you can be sure our rights from the constitution will mean nothing. Please do the right thing. Nobody wants to be right on this one and give you an ‘I told you so.’ We just don’t want to find out what tragedy lies ahead, we want to prevent it by voting Obama out Nov. 6th 2012. America, rise up for your freedom and for your country.

    • keyesforpres

Well said. I’m sick of conservatives on this site and others, saying they won’t vote for Romney out of principle. They need to get over themselves. They acutally don’t think it’s a vote for Obama if they refuse to vote for Romney. How can any conservative be so clueless?

      • FreeManWalking

Romney was my 15th or was that 30th choice for the Nomination???

In much anger about various things that went on in the primaries at times I said I wouldn’t vote for him.

But I always knew in the end we either slow it down with Romney, or put 0b0 back in and brace for the impact of the sudden stop at the bottom after he sends us flying off the cliff.

        • keyesforpres

Romney was one of my last choices as well. Huntsman, Paul, and Perry tied for dead last for me.

At least Romney doesn’t hate this country. If we can take back the Senate and keep the House we can at least blitz congress and stop anything Romney might want to do. I don’t see Romney doing an end run around Congress like Obama. I don’t see Romney trying to eviscerate our military like Obama and I don’t see Romney trying to round us up like I think Obama wants to do.

We won’t survive if Obama gets back in. I saw him say last summer that America could absorb another terrorist attack. Translation: He’s fine and dandy with us being attacked. Romney would not be fine with it.

        • Nukeman60

Just remember, it’s not the fall that kills you. It’s the sudden stop.

      • detectivedick

Obama and Hillary are……. The dots are my words that are not fit for TRS posting ! However, I do see both of them doing the Limbo under a snakes belly.

    • NYGino

They are just plain out in the open now. Doing as much damage as they can in the short time they know they have left. They are heavily counting on the MSM to hold the strings together for just a while longer. Watch the number of committed leftists they hire and put in non-fireable positions. The number of ‘Executive Decrees” that will be put into law that will favorably enhance his position now but that will have disastrous consequences in the future.

They are in a race. The outbreaks in the Middle East at this time will go a long way in shaking out the loyalties and beliefs of men and Nations. Things may happen way before the election and Obama will have to declare himself, either by word or action.

Hillary celebrating the end of Ramadan with the Lybian ambassador is just a sign of them trying to keep all the plates in the air at the same time, before they all come crashing down.

      • NY, I agree. I do think they, even though it’s all falling apart, will do anything and everything they can to try and hold on to power, including suspending the elections. October is going to be very hairy.

        • Nukeman60

I’m voting anyway. Let them stop me. They want my freedoms – Molon labe’ (come and take them).

        • The elections being messed with would lead to Anarchy…..Obama barely has 40 percent that firmly supports him….but even some of that would weaken as well when people see people being dragged out, abuse and more. There is a line and Obama is crossing it right now on this front. This image will not serve Obama well. He thinks it will show his strength but in many peoples minds it will enforce how bad he is and needs to go. This was not a smart move at all. Pay back is a witch if you know what I mean….Karma always gets you in the end! Watch Out more and more Americans will be awakening when they see things like this! I can just imagine tomorrow on the radio!

They’re bending over backwards to excuse the inexcusable by saying it was planned before the murders. WTF?? They reduce the loss of those 4 men and the Marines in Afghanistan to a schedule? I notice that oily Libyan ambassador was there too. Ugh.

The reason the State Department is urgently need in need of a thorough audit, preferably by Allen West, is summed up by HRC:

“No matter how belated we are honoring Eid and the end of Ramadan, this is a cherished tradition here at the State Department.”

Yeah, too dam*ed cherished and too dam*ed cosy.

    This is appalling.

Art doesn’t kill people; 7th century, pederast worshiping, barbaric, murderous, zealots, offended by said art, kill people.

I guess, according to the leftist’s definition, free speech is exclusive to whatever advances Marxism, statism, tyranny, sexual depravity, and barbarous murderous Mohammedans.

    • Nukeman60

Nakoula proclaimed, via his right to free speech, that Mohammad was a pervert. Obama proclaimed, via his right to free speech, that he killed bin Laden, leader of these terrorists in Islam. Which one got more space on the Muslim protestors signs.

If Nakoula is a criminal for his free speech rights, then so is Obama.

    • CalCoolidge

Art doesn’t kill people? Psycho lunatics kill people?

Maybe it’s just my cynical nature, but if showing such pictures causes police and rioters to battle it out in Muslim capitals, maybe we should publish more of this stuff. As long as the loonies are wrapped up in Civil War, they’ll be too buys to kill us.

  • Sheya

And still 46% of Americans are voting for Obama.

Listen folks, if Obama wins re-election it’s because we set around on the blogs complaining about it and didn’t do anything.

Time to get off our butts, go around talking to people. GO to your local stores, bars, restaurants, walk up to people ask them who they are voting for, if they say Obama speak to them, challenge them. Be respectful, but help them see the light. It’s time to get to work. We need to quit complaining or preaching to the choir. Time to do some convincing, explaining.

We have Seven weeks. Each and everyone of us needs to commit to turn 2 people a day, and get those 2 people to turn another 2 people a day and so on. Do the math, if each of us do it, by the time November 6 comes along we can turn enough people to turn the election in our favor.

Get to work folks it’s now or never

    • If you could turn one person’s ideology in a month, I’d be impressed. It’s easier to get non-participants to vote, than to turn a life-long Democrat.

      • Sheya

Not talking about the life long democrats. Talking about those people who have been brainwashed by the MSM who don’t know better. The people who are open for being educated. trust me there are many out there. Innocent victims.

        • brainwashed = Democrat

I’ve been struggling with one media brainwashed person for months. It is paying off, but to even propose that 2 a day can be turned, and that those people will then share your passion to turn others……well, is a little naive.

I’m going to turn my focus to those that I know that never vote and are simply uninformed (rather than brainwashed). If I can reach them on a personal level, and ask them to vote, rather than paint the bogeyman picture, I think I have a shot to get a couple votes for Romney.

Strategerie… important- I wish you luck on turning those that are misinformed and have chosen a side (likely voters). I’m going to focus on people that don’t normally vote. This actually exposes a reason why ACORN was successful. They always went after non-registered voters because they were uninformed and easier to manipulate. We should focus on that pool of voters; not to manipulate, but to inform and persuade to vote.

          • Nukeman60

You know a good strategy? Try to convince all those people, that have stopped looking for a job, to actually look for a job in the month of October. Just one month. If they hate the policies that put them there, they will do what they can.

If all of them do, the official unemployment number (U3) will skyrocket to 16-19% from 8.1% and Obama will be in a tizzy, the media will be in a quandry, and we will be in luck of having a new president without actually spending one dime of QE3, without raising or lowering taxes, and without changing any laws.

            It would be soooo sweet.

        • I wish that were the case, but the only liberals I know who are brainwashed are because they love lsmsd and other liberal idiots. They don’t want to know the truth, they deny it, and then call you names. It’s their only defense. When confronted with truth- call names. Sad.

        • Nukeman60

Maybe. But it takes too long to convince them we are not racist. By the time we do, the election is over and both people missed the vote.

      • Nukeman60

Very good point. In 2008, 69.5 million voted for Obama, 60 million voted for McCain, and 1.5 million voted otherwise. That left 75-80 million non-voters in the eligible-voter ranks. That is sad and it was a good turnout, according to the experts.

    • AmericanDream12

EXACTLY!!! 1 million “like” here. I’ve been reading all the comments since an hour and I was boiling of rage thinking: WHAT ARE WE DOING HERE BLOGGING instead of being in the street – millions of us – fighting for FREE SPEECH???

Sorry for the rant but I just can’t shut up anymore.

WE ARE RESPONSIBLE! 52% of us voted for that traitor. Almost 50% will STILL vote for him.

WE VOTE THESE PEOPLE IN for Pete sake!

So where are the BRAVES? Which land is it? NOT the land of the braves anymore that’s for sure.

Shame on ALL of us who stay in front of our computer and let free speech be destroyed.

Oh, and WHEN ARE WE GONNA SCREAM AND PROTEST WHEN CATHOLICS ARE EXCECUTED – when in OUR country – Christians are INSULTED every single day with entertainers, movie stars, TV channels and the president himself who celebrate ramadan but NOT Prayers day?

WHEN are we gonna go in the street to fight for OUR beliefs???

ENOUGH whining!!! WE NEED TO ACT.

I guess the FBI will be at my house tonight.

Russia medias already here – KGB next?

      • Nukeman60

        52% of us voted for that traitor</i.' – ad12

Actually it's sadder than that. Only 69.5 million voted for him out of 212 million eligible voters. Thats only 32%. We should be ashamed of ourselves.

    • poljunkie

I’ve been trying to make waves. If they wont commit to voting for Romney I try to get them to agree to stay home and not vote for Obama again.

Its surprising to me, though, how many Republicans (and Conservatives) that I am friendly with that are still holding out because Romney isnt Conservative enough. (Dont misunderstand, he wasnt in my top three places)— No matter how many times I say their vote is helpful, they are adamant about writing in “someone” elses name on principal. Although I love/admire the sentiment, I REALLY want to win this, and their write in, isnt going to achieve the goal of ousting Obama. I hope they will change their mind by November.

  • This is OUTRAGEOUS!

  • Congratulations to you, El Presidente and your merry band of useless idiots! You have again violated the Constitutional rights of one of your country’s citizens. Well at least you didn’t put him up against a wall and shoot him. I’m surprised you didn’t declare him and enemy of the state and have him imprisoned after a show trial. Don’t you worry your pretty little heads none, you need not feel guilty if radical extremist Islamists kill Mr. Nakoula because you haven’t felt an ounce of guilt for all of the other lives you were responsible for snuffing out. God bless your pea-picking little hearts.

  • I would like to offer and edit:

“That’s what it looked like for a man that made a film and was scapegoated by the administration sworn to protect our liberties, when that administration’s incompetence was exposed on a global scale.”

    • AmericanDream12

Incompetence? I don’t think so. They are exactly where they wanted to be. Their hatred for America and Israel lead them to push extremists and get rid of our allies. And remember obama and the brown shirts before the elections? We knew that was going to happen.

And NOBODY is stopping them so why should they stop? It is all working as planned. Exactly as planned.

  • Sandra123456

The Big Lie continues that this movie caused all the violence in muslim countries this week that just happened to occur on 9/11. “…authorities descended on the Cerritos home of the man believed to be the filmmaker behind the anti-Muslim movie that has sparked protests and rioting in the Muslim world.” BALONEY!

Would a reporter somewhere out there commit a random act of journalism and find out by whose order was this man hauled in? Was this just a local deal or did a call come from Washington. I understand this man was on parole but if he hasn’t violated his parole by what justification does he get hauled in by the brown shirts?

  • MiDoug

    Freedom of religion – GONE
    Freedom of press – GONE
Freedom of speech – now GONE
and of course, now they tell us what to buy and what not to buy….

…then our enemies attack, and he blames US…amazing!

  • louisiana_mom

They have not just put this man life in danger they put this entire neighborhood and community in danger. It won’t matter to most of these barbarians that he’s not home, they’ll just bomb first and then find out if he was home or not…

    • marketcomp

That sounds like shoot first and ask questions later. Sounds like a President that we know.

    • Good point.

  • Obama is doing what he can to strain the long-standing American concept of a peaceful transition after elections.

If it gets any worse, we’ll have to begin prosecutions after the election, and that just makes the left angrier. We may be on the verge of a protracted, dark, and evil time in this country.

    • NoToTyrants

We may be on the verge of a protracted, dark, and evil time in this country.

Didn’t seem appropriate to hit the like button, but I fear you are absolutely right.

I don’t see how after all the divisiveness unleashed by Maobama and his minions, America can erase his stain from our national consciousness and go back to pre-Obama America.

    • p m

Audits and prosecutions will be vital, IMO. Treat the entire term like a prolonged Watergate, as many special prosecutors as required. Target every czar past and present. It may be tempting to just carry on and mend what’s broken, but there has to be a record in the annals of Government if we are to avoid another impostor in future.

And I can guarantee that the dems will be back in a different guise next time, and toeing the centrist line, just like Tony Blair did in the UK to become PM there. Blair then proceeded to make it into a fully socialist police state. Zero has done a lot of the same, which is why most people unwittingly break 2 or 3 laws a day – while they distract us with what food to eat etc etc, they’re passing thousands of laws that no-one reads, proposed by minds that cannot even think.

Repealing every single zero-proposed or czar law placed on the books since January 2008 is an absolute imperative. Wipe them out of existence with their proponents.

      • It’s going to take two, consecutive 8-year Presidencies held by conservatives to fix this. Two-hundred odd years to build up, one four-year term by the SCOAMF to rush the destruction started by Wilson. That’s the America we have to repair.

  • marketcomp

Isn’t it interesting that the Obama administration would use a movie as the catalyst for the cause of his debacle of a foreign policy? Why not that the terrorist are just medically insane? Or, why not his displays of weakness to people who only understand strength? Why a movie? Well I believe that this little angle of focusing on this movie is indirectly aimed at the movie that focuses on his life, 2016-Love Him Hate- You Don’t Know Him! Obama hates this movie even though it is a very accurate depiction of this life and he will do anything to diminish its impact. We all know that saying that a movie caused all of this mayhem is a diversion because even the protesters were chanting, “We are all Osamas now!” Along with burning pictures of Obama, and the American flag. This tells me that Obama knows the chaos in the Middle East is about him beating his chest about Bin Laden, but he would rather turn it on an American citizen who is just practicing the first amendment using that activity to demean and undermine the movie about his life. We are all being monitored because if only 10 people saw the movie in the theater in June then how did Obama find out about it and how did the Middle East find out about this obscure movie? This is a way of manipulating all of us with a willing media who will go down this road to hell with Obama.

Has anyone ever thought why is that the Obama campaign is begging for money and telling people to give up their wedding gifts and instead ask for contributions to the campaign? Or, Michelle Obama asking people to give up pizza or food and contribute a week’s worth of what you would spend on food to the campaign? Then we hear that Obama raised more money last month than Romney did. It’s all for show. The Obama campaign is raising money from the same foreign sources that they did in 2008 and all of this talk of destitute and asking American to sacrifice while she takes these lavish vacations and they both hang out with the elite is all an effort to brainwash and poor mouth trying to make their supporters feel some kind of empathy or kinship to Obama. It’s like Glenn Beck always says watch the other hand because these people will do and say anything even manipulating Americans to the extent of getting them to feel sympathy for Obama. These people are schemers and snakes and it would do all of us good to never ever believe anything they say. Ever!

  • Sober_Thinking

That should be Obama being hauled off. He’s the guilty one for so many crimes…

I can’t wait to see his face during his “I lost” speech. Lying criminal.

    • louisiana_mom

      It will be priceless!

  • tvlgds

The KGB is alive and well in Amerika. The Constitution is nothing but toilet paper for this administration. I hope God will see fit to save us from him and his minions in Nov. We will NOT survive 4 more years of this incompetent, American hating, Muslim loving commie!

  • Obama is a power hungry clown. Won’t happen. He is a quasi dictator.

I am waiting for the pictures of the “brown shirts” taking away the “Sony” executives for making a movie of the death of Osama Bin Laden. I am sure that is coming real soon. I am sure the AP will do a full page & the NYT will follow-up. Before this is over, it will be reported that Obama did not make it to the war room and Hillary made the decision. Hillary you need to keep looking for the bus; it is coming your way. whack, whack, whack and the wheels on the bus go round and round. lol

  • The USSR and other dicators are famous for staging fake events to make themselves look great. Putin has done this a number of them and now with citizen journalism he is being called out. The entire problem with our country is the media. They don’t report on anything negative on Obama or change the narrative to blame Bush or Romney.

I never would have imagined we would become a Marxist country.

    • white531

Without a media that reports what they see happened. the populace is helpless against a tyrannical government.

  • jdbaird

They’ll arrest this guy for a “probation violation” that they’ll have a lot of trouble proving, but they won’t arrest members of the new black panther party for voter intimidation that was caught on camera.

    • Excellent point-

Both under the jurisdiction of the FBI, if I’m not mistaken.

      • jdbaird

I know voter intimidation is, but they’ll find a way to make this guy’s supposed crime fall under federal jurisdiction. Looks like Obama is carrying out “punishment” asked for by Morsi.

    • Eric Holder already “considered” looking into the Black Panther situation. Consideration over. On to the next issue that only proves his gross negligence and downright criminal behavior…oh crap, Fast and Furious. Oh crap, again….

      • jdbaird

Seriously, they use this Justice Dept. like a political weapon. Take their lawsuit against Gallup for instance, notice a recent “bounce” in the polls? Quite a coincidence.

  • Why Obama mustn’t resign – President Biden.

Obama must be defeated in November and then this entire administration must be impeached.

    • white531

I am sure you have heard this, but it has been said that the reason Obama picked Biden as Vice President, was to take away the threat of being assassinated. Think about it for a moment, and you will see he was right.

      • Actually I’ve been saying that for 4 years now. Biden is more than just anti-assassination insurance, he’s anti-impeachment insurance as well. And until the 2010 election, impeaching both at the same time would have left us with President Pelosi.

        • white531

I’m sorry, I just threw up. Give me a moment. Might have to change out the keyboard.

        • Dodged a bullet on that one. Oops…sorry about the pun.

    • Biden isn’t smart enough to be worse than Obama.

  • NJK

He should be arrested. He’s working for the Muslim Brotherhood. He’s appointed many into our DHS and State Dept. He’s the enemy within. People like John McCain and Lindsey Graham are his Quislings. Those Navy Seals didn’t die by an accident. They were murdered by Obama. Remember, there were people who wouldn’t believe Hitler was doing what he was doing, when he was killing Jews. Obama murdered them.

Muslim Brotherhood in Our White House and the Murders of SEAL Team Six

You notice there were never hearings on why these American soldiers were all put on one helicopter. They don’t want anyone knowing what went on, because the families will find out, Congress and the Military Hierarchy were complicit. Obama’s insane.

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.”
    Marcus Tullius Cicero

    • white531

You are absolutely correct, sir. I love a man who reads History.

    • El Presidente is an insanely evil genius who has surrounded himself with like-minded individuals like Cass Sunstein, Larry Summers, Paul Volcker, John Holdren, and the list goes on.

    • p m

A favourite quote from a great man. And the media in the West is meant to be a pillar of the American Republic. It is thoroughly infected and resists not.

  • white531

These are all nice arguments for retaining our freedom in spite of this madman, but remember this, their attack on the Second Amendment. Once they take our guns, all these things they talk about become easy. It’s our guns, that are the problem. Please don’t lose sight of that. It certainly hasn’t escaped their attention.

It is all we have left, and they have their sights set on it.

    • Nukeman60

I just came back from the range this afternoon. There is only one way they take my guns – “from my cold dead hands!”

      • white531

Thanks, Nuke. Been awhile since I had seen that. Let’s not forget that Charlton Heston always stood against Hollywierd. Actually, the early beginnings of Hollywood and movie making, was mostly occupied by real Americans. It was only later, that is was taken over by the Progressives, because they realized the potential of reaching millions of Americans with their message, by way of making movies that they would not only pay money to see, but would take in and embrace the subtle messages contained within them. Hollywood, actually, was our first introduction to Socialism. They left Mickey Mouse alone, but everything else was fair game.

        • Nukeman60

Wouldn’t it be interesting to see how Hollywood would react if the government took 70+% of their income, like France wants to do to their wealthy. You can bet there would be a whole lot less liberals out there and a whole lot more whiners.

      • Extra marks for not using the same old search engine.

I’d never seen that video before. I think I heard some of the audio once. What a killer voice he had.

        • Nukeman60

If I’m not mistaken, that gun was just given to him as a gift.

          • Looked Winchester-ish!

            • Nukeman60
              • Wow! What a story! Somehow I never saw that come up when I was hanging out at Ace of Spades HQ all those years.

                • Nukeman60

I must admit truth in journalism here. After I found that story, I did much more research. Even though the story is impressive and I jumped right on it as it appeared typical of who Charlton Heston was, there appears to be a reason why you never saw it come up. It appears Heston was cremated and his ashes were given to his family. Looks like I was taken in by the internet. I guess that’s why we get confirmation before reporting, lol. My bad, K-Bob. Sorry.

                • Bad Internet! No biscuit!

                • Nukeman60

Heh, bad Nukeman. No beer-biscuits. 🙂

    • Did you know Holder has given ATF the power to confiscate guns without cause? I’ll try and find the link if you hadn’t seen it.

  • StrangernFiction

    But he’s a nice guy.

    • So was/is Bokassa, Mugabe, Duvalier, Marcos, Franco, Castro, Mao, Mussolini, Ne Win, Hitler, Stalin, Jong-il, Tito, Pol Pot and Idi Amin.

      • Don’t forget Che. Not only was he a nice guy, he was also cool enough to get his face on t shirts and stuff!

Oh, and also posters… kind of like the one the EPA put out recently to promote Hispanic Awareness month (or week… day…. year?)

  • Shameful. Blame the guy making a silly little video rather than the crazy, immature, barbaric, medieval, superstitious, Islamic religious fanatics that are rioting in the streets all over the Middle East. I’d tell them all to just GROW UP, but if that hasn’t happened in over 1,000 years, I doubt they’ll start doing that now. As for Obama and his minions, he just looks pathetic and small, and that is NO WAY for an American president to look. Period.

  • MaxineCA

Here is the report I saw earlier today on the local news. PLEASE READ, as it adds a few more details. I don’t know, at this point I have many more questions. I think we all know that the Failure in Chief had to find something or someone to blame for the current events, oh yeah, sure it was the movie. NOT

That being said, I’m not sure why this guy would violate the terms of his probation. BTW, I read that this guy bundled a bunch of money to the O’s campaign.

Hum….. too many questions, and too few answers. Is it as it is being presented or are we being played? I can’t figure it out at this point.

CERRITOS ( — A Southern California filmmaker allegedly linked to a controversial Anti-Islamic film made a brief appearance overnight after being holed up inside his Cerritos home for more than three days.

Video from the scene showed the man – known to some as Nakoula Nakoula – donning a hat and towel in an attempt to conceal his face while being escorted by sheriff’s deputies.

Los Angeles County sheriff’s Spokesman Steve Whitmore told reporters on scene that Nakoula was not under arrest.

“The LA County Sheriff’s Department tonight about midnight assisted federal probation officers in a voluntary interview. Nobody is arrested. Nobody is detained. Nobody is in custody,” Whitmore said.

Carter Evans, reporting for CBS2 and KCAL9, said Nakoula was taken to the Sheriff’s Department shortly after midnight Saturday for questioning about a possible violation of the terms of his probation after he served time for bank fraud in a federal prison.

On Friday, Nakoula received a visit from Steve Seiden, a criminal defense attorney.

Seiden told Evans he was hired specifically to represent Nakoula in regard to his supervised release.

Court records show the terms of his release.

They state in part that the defendant, “shall not possess or use a device with access to any online service at any location without the prior approval of the Probation Officer.” Additionally, “all computers… and peripheral equipment used by defendant shall be subject to search and seizure…”

Sources for CBS2/KCAL9 say the probation department is looking into the possibility that Nakoula may have violated the terms of his release while allegedly making the film, “Innocence of Muslims,” and publicizing it.

Evans reports that Nakoula was interviewed for about an hour and federal probation officers say he fully cooperated. He is not expected to return to his Cerritos home.

Nakoula was questioned for about 30 minutes and released.

I’m getting sick of Obama and the left exposing people and putting their lives in danger. People have been encouraged to speak out on airliners if they see something suspicious, but if they do and nothing is found they get arrested. The left intentionally intimidates people from speaking out against Islam, and it’s a disgrace.

    • chatterbox365

Unreal! We have sex offenders who violate their parole and resources are being used on a white collar felon.

        • NoToTyrants

          It’s working for me.

It’s just a clip from “Cool Hand Luke”. It’s the scene where Luke grovels and says he has his “mind right”.

  • white531

Why make an example of this one unfortunate individual? I probably hate Muslims more than he does. In fact, I can guarantee it. There isn’t anything Muslims do, that I agree with. I don’t even consider them human beings. I would give cockroaches an advantage, and I absolutely hate cockroaches.

    What a joke.

  • snowshooze

But look here, If Barak resigns.. we get smoking Joe Biden.
Would you please think about that???

    • It’s a literal no-brainer. No-brains Biden is still better than Obama.

  • white531

Let us not forget this basic fact. Liberals enjoy the lifestyle afforded them by Conservatives. We create Economic Prosperity, and they enjoy it and attempt to take credit for it. This has been going on for some time now. It is not likely to stop anytime soon.

There is no way a Liberal could have created something so beautiful and complex, as Air Force One. I am a former licensed aircraft mechanic. I have worked on everything from Cessnas, to Learjets, to Sabre Liners, to Gulfstreams. I worked for Pan American World Airways, in San Franciso, when we received the very first delivery of the Boeing 747. I remember standing on the tarmac, as it floated in on its big wings. We watched it land, and taxi from the runway, until it finally parked in front of the Pan Am hanger. The press and hundreds of spectators were there to watch the event.

No one could believe such a marvelous piece of engineering. Nothing like it had ever existed before. Obama takes it for granted, as he runs up the steps like an Olympic athlete. Little does he know, that this marvelous piece of engineering is not the result of Liberals. This is intense engineering, at the finest level. This isn’t government. This is private enterprise, at its best.

All of these beautiful representations of what true engineering genius is capable of, is not part of Obama’s understanding of America. Liberals had absolutely nothing to do with bringing the marvelous engineering of Air Force One to the point of production. Because Liberals don’t think in those terms. But they are glad to take credit for it, and Obama is glad that someone made it, so he can fly around the world in it. Boeing is a private company. So is Grumman.

These magnificent examples of American ingenuity don’t just happen. They are the products of private enterprise, operating free of government intervention. That Liberals think they can take advantage of this, is laughable at best.

Anything worthy of consideration was made possible by private enterprise. Ugly words to Liberals.
Didn’t come from the government. Can’t be good.

Then why has this Idiot we call our President, put more miles on Air Force One, than any other President in History?

Because he’s a Liar of the first magnitude. He likes the riches that Capitalism produces, while professing to the world, that Capitalism is evil.

So, in addition to being a Liar, he is also a hypochrite.
    The man disgusts me.

  • 911Infidel

There are two more films on line and the one in question was still up because Google decided that free speech was still free. The film was made in 2011. The other films have also been up for awhile. So whay all the consternation now? Unless this film was used as a pretext to attack US interests. Which it is. The real reasons that Mooslems are all in a lather were revenge for killing al-Libi, freeing the Blind Sheik, passage of a UN resolution to ban criticism of Islam and proving once again, that terrorism works.

This administration has been derelict in its duty to the constitution and to the lives of the diplomats that died by ignoring advance knowledge of the attacks. In the military that’d all be up for court-martials, and Dempsey in his dereliction of duty to the First Amendment (in a saner administration) would be forced to resign.

“Innocence Of Muslims” is amateurish and poorly done. There’s better stuff out there. VenomFangX has a hillarious and well done critique of Mo and his sock-puppet god. Then there is “The Life of Muhammed”…another cartoony but well done film of Mo.

Trying to be Sharia compliant in an attempt to make terrorists happy only encourages them to continue to use terror. This entire government is turning into a bunch of little girls who run scared everytime the thunder claps.

We need men and women of valor and courage to run our government. I’m sick and tired of these Obamanites who have no honor, no spine and who dishonor our flag our constitution and our way of life. I spit on every one of them.

    • kong1967

I agree that the left is running scared….being appeasers. As for Obama, though, I believe he’s helping his true faith. He uses the left’s fear to capitulate.

      • 911Infidel

Their boy is looking real bad these days. Which is why some are referring to him as Barack Carter. I believe Obama is an agnostic. I think that the only person that he worships is himself and his own inflated ego. His policies are stictly third-world which is exactly what academia is all about: Anti-colonial, anti-western, anti-Constitution, anti-american, anti-Israel and neo-antichrist.

He’s a patholigical liar. A narcissist with gradiose illusions of himself and his power. He embraces the law of Positivism and wishes that he could be the arbiter of morality and law instead of Nature and Nature’s God. He is a tyrant-in-waiting who pays obsequious court to the people; he is a demogogue. His propagandists are so pathetic anymore even some in his Goebels machine aren’t buying into his crud.

He’s weak. He can be defeated. All Romney and Ryan have to do is hang him by his own petard. Stick the political sword in deep and twist it for good measure.

        • kong1967

Wow, that was an in-depth analysis of Obama’s character. I’m impressed. He could be agnostic, it’s hard to say. I don’t believe for a second that he’s Christian, and he won’t admit to being muslim. He sure does pander to the muslims, though, which at very minimum makes him a sympathizer.

          • 911Infidel

Jamie Glazov pointed out in his thesis…that both Islam and the left are united in their hatred of the west. That Obama would take the side of any of our enemies is just the natural positiion for someone who hates this country as much as he does. He’s just like all Marxists. They revel in hedonism but want all the power for themselves at the expense of others who labor to help provide the monies that they love to spend.
They love to divide everyone by class, race, gender. But what they really are trying to do is seperate us all into two classes: The kulaks and the elite. Just like their heros Stalin, Mao and Lenin did. Its an “all for me and crumbs for you” kind of ethos (or is it pathos?).

  • kong1967

Obama has earned impeachment many times over. He is a traitor. Not only does he not uphold the laws of our nation, he has people arrested for exercising free speech. It is not illegal to ridicule a religion no matter who it offends. You never see libs coming to the defense of Christians when they are ridiculed, and it’s the libs that participate in it. Obama must go!!! The worst President ever, and he does not respect or follow the laws or Constitution of the United States. Go home to muslim country, Obama.

  • chatterbox365

And where is the ACLU??? The suppose defenders of ALL free speech.

There was no reason to take this man into custody and I hope he sues everyone involved. This is another bogus attempt by this corrupt administration to abuse its power. Our embassies are being attacked and this f**king POS president thinks it’s more important to focus on this.

I have never felt such indignation towards an American president as I do with Obama.

  • wodiej

This is a blatant abuse of authority. Can’t congress do something?

They can, the question is WILL congress do something? And with Boehner and McConnell you can rest assured that that answer is NO. In fact Boehner will probably just respond by gruffing a little bit and then caving to Obama’s next demand because he doesn’t want to look mean or racist.

    • kong1967

Obama has abused his authority repeatedly and Congress won’t do anything. Technically this guy wasn’t arrested for speaking out against Islam, so i don’t know that Congress can prove that he was. He did violate his probation, apparently. It is fishy, however, that whenever someone embarrasses the administration they find a reason to drag them into custody. They already realeased this guy, but not until after they released his name and he is terrified to go back home. Maybe that was the intention… scare this guy into shutting his mouth.

      • I think you hit the nail on the head there! Intimidation is the name of the game.

        • kong1967

That should be Obama’s motto. “Intimidate into submission”.

          • submission to Allahalala and his toy puppet Mo mo the wonderpig. 🙂

Oh, then I’m a good guesser.

You’ve got your decoder ring on & it’s been flashing a lot lately!

  • If it’s true that we really need to throw Obama out of office in November then why did the GOP nominate that flaky twit Mitt Romney?

    • poljunkie

Because Pete, whether we like it or not, that’s the way people voted in the primaries.

      • That’s not really true. The state parties had to keep changing their rules and violating Robert’s Rules of Order to engineer the result that the Establishment wanted.

This is a historical fact which is well-documented.

        • poljunkie

Hey Pete, I know how you feel and who you wanted. I understand your extreme feeling of loss, disappointment.and pain. I’m with you on that.

The primaries are over, the BS occurred and we are stuck with Romney. He’s not very many peoples first choice. BUT he is a lot better than Obama, and continuing to criticize him now in my view, isnt helpful. We have the totally whacked out media for that.

Do what you have to do though.

  • ConnieConservative

    This is shocking!
Our constitution is ignored, sharia is enforced.
Midnight brown shirt arrests in the USA for a movie.
    Obama must go!
    Romney & Ryan 2012!

InstaPundit is wrong too. See here:

I mean, let not forget our core beliefs gents.

    • NCHokie02

That site seems to be justifiying the muslim worlds actions because of “muslim-baiting” which he akins to “race-baiting”. Pretty weak argument.

I agree that if this guy broke his probation then those issues should be dealt with however they should not be about the material in the film.

  • rgolich

Why doesn’t our Marxist-Moooslim Boy in Chief “investigate” all the anti-Christian “art” that his friends in Hollyweird produce 24/7, including the vulgar comedy of Mahr and the like?

  • BHO: White House resident, but he’s no President

  • AMEN!!!!!!!!!! I have said this before….This ADMINISTRATION deserves NOT ONE ounce of support. This is an embarrassment and was done to show the Arab World how the WHIMP IN CHIEF reacts and to show his love for Muslims and hatred for Americans. He does not deserve to sit in that Office and he is unworthy of any term that relates to honor and dignity. How utterly shameful to see this man being dragged in the middle of the night over a You Tube Video…oh that is right over the BS charge he may have violated his parole….BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is Marxism 101 to the core and shame on the Sheriffs from the Communist Republic of California for adhering. California is nothing more than a 3rd world waste land and is what the rest of the country will look like if the Marxist is re-elected!

Vote Vote Vote and again if anyone tells me that Obama and Romney are the same…YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE FOOL!

  • Sandra123456

Per Michael Ledeen: “No serious person believes that an obscure movie shown to less than a dozen people many months ago was the “cause” of the simultaneous assaults in Cairo and Benghazi. Or that the assaults were unrelated, let alone spontaneous. Or that there was no state actor involved in the operation.

The event is strikingly similar to the “cartoon riots” against Denmark. In both cases there was no reaction to the original “offense” against Islam. Many months passed before the cartoons – duly altered to enhance the presumed “Islamophobia” – were publicly displayed to justify a carefully planned campaign that turned out to have been crafted by the Iranian regime and its Syrian ally. In the current case, the Iranians were ready with a crowd to demonstrate at the Swiss embassy in Tehran (our surrogate in Iran).”

Bottom Line what we have here is a person brought in for questioning for no reason about a film he made that the White House is using as a scapegoat to blame Mid-East violence on to deflect criticisms of the White house’s own handling of Mid-East affairs.

    Stunning. The Big Lie.

  • Well, at least the cops aren’t in full riot gear with their faces covered. That’s unusal these days.

  • Blame the movie maker, not the terrorists who did the actual murder, nor the terrorists who burned the flag and continue to attack anything they can. No, intimidate the movie maker, and throw a bucket of cold water on free speech in an attempt to suppress it. It’s the OBama Way!

    • Is_Sense_Common

Remember when the “artists” smeared poo on the Crucifix and the Christians killed a bunch of random people? Or how about when people peed on the Virgin Mary and called it art and the Christians killed a bunch of random people? Yeah, me neither. We’re told to sit back & take it because it’s freedom of expression! These jackwagons are only bold when their enemy is peaceful. I never saw such a bunch of cowards in all my life.

  • navak

I think this movie maker was part of the plan, to give “reason” for the rioting, in order to begin creating laws against insulting Islam…just my suspicion.

  • NObama will NEVER resign! I’m not sure he’ll even leave after he LOSES the election! And may Heaven help and protect us during the lame duck period.

  • sjmom

The US is not going anywhere because we are the largest purveyor of the Gospel in the earth. The Lord needs us to stand with Him and fight for His Kingdom, so I have NO doubt these ignorant, deceived human beings running the show are going to be run out of town in November. God’s Name will be praised in the Land of the Free and God’s Glory will manifest in the Home of the Brave; Blessed be the Name of the Lord!

  • bongobear

    Looks like Nazi Germany…

    • maynardb50

I for one, like the people of Gonzalez, Texas told Santa Anna when he told them to surrender their cannon: Said “come and take it”. This old Texan and old veteran soldier is not going to put up with it.

    • StrangernFiction

      I agree, but reviewing the comment policy it would seem that you are on thin ice with that statement. ;

  • rgolich

Where is Romney, the NYC/Wash DC/Beltway candidate of choice, because he’s oh so very calm and moderate, not like us hate filled tea party types? Where is Mittens? If he had any backbone, he’s be on this 24/7, making it clear that we are losing our freedom of speech, that Barry Soetoro is a lying hypocrite (why not arrest Bill Maher and the anti-Christian Hollywood Left?) and declaring under Barry, the USA is now Sharia compliant.

    • StrangernFiction

It’s hard once you’ve declared over and over that Obama is a nice guy, to switch tactics and begin insinuating that he’s not, much less outright say he’s not.

  • Constance

I find it a wee bit unbelievable that this man was taken in for “other” things just after his film hit the fan. Rubbish. Did it really require half a dozen people to bring him in, with photographers at the ready, as though he were a mass serial killer finally caught? This is all staged to scare anyone in this country from doing anything against the government. It’s exactly what we voted for in 2008 – tyranny.

    • Linky1

This is indeed, very scary. This is one example, how many others are out there, going unreported?

Think about it-a few years ago, we would all be labelled a bunch of “right wing conspiracy nuts” for believing that this could happen.

I am reading a book now called “In the Garden of Beasts” – – it is an account of the US Ambassador to Germany during the 30’s.

When you read what happened during that time, how the Nazis presented a picture to the rest of the world of a “happy, prosperous” country, how nothing had changed under Hitler, how in fact, the country seemed to be prospering, while in fact, Jews and non-Jews alike were rounded up for “questioning”, to be put in protective custody, how a journalist was made to leave Germany for telling the truth of what was really happening, the parallels are frightening.

What is the worst part is that officials and regular people overlooked what was happening because of the complicity of the Embassy, of US officials and the press. We all know the outcome of what happened, how the whole story never truly came out until the end of the war.

Those who choose to overlook history are doomed to repeat it and I am afraid, this is happening under our noses as we speak. The only difference between the 30’s and now is the fact we have the internet and social media to spread the word. The press is useless, they are just as complicit as they were back then.

Yes, it is intimidation and it is tyranny.

      • StrangernFiction

“We’ve gotta have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded.”

So sad that so many conservatives just see the ‘rats and this cretin Obama as incompetent.

  • libertyandtyranny

This is absolutely terrifying. And the leftist media is censoring this. If Bush had done this, they would be in a tizzy.

    • NoToTyrants

If it had been Bush, they would be screeching McCarthyism, Fascism, Nazism, etc.

The Hollywood left still makes movies, writes passion plays, sing songs, and lament over the blacklisting of proven communist and Soviet agent Hollywood writers in the 50’s.

If Bush were the one interrogating and intimidating Mr. Cerritos, it would give Hollywood fodder for another 60 years of movies, passion plays, songs, etc, lionizing this “artist” and demonizing Bush for his fascistic intimidation of this innocent film maker.

Since it is Maobama and involves a politically correct “religion”, these same people are silent.

  • It wasn’t the barbarians who sodomized and assassinated the Ambassador and staff that are the problem, it’s the American who’s the problem. Insanity still stands with Obama and his administration.

  • Conservator1

Obama resign? – it’s never going to happen. IMO, Obama is the most narcissistic President of America in my lifetime. This omnipotent leader has lead America to a point where Carter’s failed policies now seem the good old days. Americans must and will vote him out of office.

  • tshtsh

The LAtimes coverage of this story and others leans so far left that they updated the story on July 15th 1:46 am. The richest lady in the world said “she could not compete with $2-a-day salary” they translated that to she wants to pay people $2 a day headline (something she did not say). I wonder how much money the LATimes owner has maybe he should pay his editors $2 a day.

  • Stehekin912

“To the best of my ability”. Therein lies the rub. Here’s a question for you. If a president does not believe in the Constitution, and does not respect it at all, and swears to preserve, protect and defend it “to the best of my ability”, then what does, the oath mean?

  • Don`t get on obama`s bad side, if you do bad things happen to you.
obama does not go by the constitution or any state or federal law unless it suits his purpose.
It has been long past time to put him out of our White House, lets take America back.
Vote for the Americans—Romney/Ryan, lets throw the Kenyan out of our presidency…………

  • joyfulgiver

I have a question, we know that this administration is claiming that the events in Cairo and Libya and now all over the middle east were the “direct result” of this short film. Isn’t it possible to find out how many people had viewed the film before these horrific events happened? or even now for that matter. I would think that the numbers would be quite large to get this many people fueled up to reck havoc in such a short period of time. I’m curious! I want to know which came first, so to speak, the chicken or the egg?

Honestly, I don’t believe the film is the cause of these events. I believe the film is the distraction set up to coincide with these events.

    • Anti-Islam Filmmaker Donated Million Dollars To Obama Campaign
      Blame the movie

      Blame the movie.

      Blame the movie.

Even though “the movie” was on YouTube for months prior to the collective indignation of thousands of Middle Eastern Islamists all coming together on the eleventh anniversary of September 11th (through wild coincidence, no doubt), we are being told by our government and our media overlords that we must blame the movie.

You see, if we blame the movie for the burning of our foreign outposts and the brutal murders of four Americans (including our Libyan ambassador who was reportedly raped), we won’t blame the burners and the looters and the murderers and the rapists.

You see, if we blame the movie for the Middle East burning, we won’t blames the Islamists who are doing the burning and looting and raping and murdering.

Which means we won’t further connect the dots and blame Obama’s failed Middle East policy; the Obama Doctrine of backing away from the region and allowing events to unfold as America stands idly by — as the Islamists in the Muslim Brotherhood grab hold of power in Egypt, a country that was once our largest and closest ally.

      Blame the filmmaker.

      • joyfulgiver

Thanks, I hadn’t read that article yet. Explains a lot! Hypocrisy! I can’t wait for November 6, 2012.

  • J S

Has anyone looked into the background of this guy? I mean it fits awfully nice that all of this happened at the same time.

Chaos is what Obama needs to confuse and deceive.

  • 12grace

This is outrageous! What about the first amendment, obama?

If we don’t stand up and defend this innocent man it will show the Islamic world that terrorism wins.

  • Conservative_Hippie

If we have no First Amendment rights, we have no America.

  • How many more impeachable offensives are we going to have to take until someone in congress has a backbone to do the RIGHT thing!!

  • This must mean that if you make a comment that is deemed offensive to certain groups or the WH, get ready for a possible raid of your house during the middle of the night. I am now afraid to express my opinions publicly. What say you, if you dare!

  • MiketheMarine

You only have the rights you are willing to fight for. And THAT, ladies and germs, is why I skirt the edge of appropriate language. Rather than accept PC and being non offensive, I tend to believe that my right to say what I want trumps your right to not be offended. Nowhere is it written that you have a right to never being offended.
