Lindsey Graham heaped tons of praise on the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia on Fox News, and gave his opinion that if Obama can’t appoint a moderate Justice that both sides would agree to, that it shouldn’t be decided until there’s a new president in office.
Along the way, he said he wouldn’t want Liz Warren to pick a liberal justice, nor would be want Ted Cruz to pick a conservative justice, in an attempt to explain how he would want the process to be fair and moderate, and not to choose an overtly partisan pick on either side.
Here are his comments:
I thought to post his entire comments because tweets like these:
Lindsey Graham saying he doesn't want Ted Cruz "picking our judges". Amazing his first thought is how to tear apart his own party over this.

Kinda take him out of context. He wasn’t trying to attack Ted Cruz, he was trying to express his opinion about how the process should unfold.
Even so, it must be pointed out that if Obama actually does what he recommends, the liberals on the court will have an upper hand as one of our foremost conservatives on the court would be replaced with a supposed moderate. But luckily for us, Obama is a stupid extremist ideologue, so he’ll nominate someone left of Marx and Lenin.
