“Never Trump” congress-guy Ben Sasse added to his nefarious reputation when he made it very clear that he was happy a black congressman was assaulted by a possibly racist notebook that had fallen on his head during session.

Miraculously, Senator Tim Scott survived the evil assault, but Ben Sasse had to dog-whistle to all his evil constitutionalist supporters that throwing possibly-bigoted-notebooks on black congressmen was perfectly fine in his crooked estimation:
