A new Florida poll out this morning by Bloomberg has Trump barely leading Hillary Clinton by two points. However, this lead still falls within the margin of error:

Another poll has Trump up by 1 point in Arizona:

Both Arizona and Florida are really up for grabs at this point. Even if Trump does win Florida, he still needs other swing states like Pennsylvania that he appears to be losing in to win this race. As Heilman said, Trump will need a surge to win this thing. Are there enough hidden Trump voters to do that?
