Here’s the lowdown on the survey which was conducted over a 10 day period:

The survey of likely Republican Texas Presidential primary voters was conducted (February 12 – 22, 2016) with two samples of eligible voters by the University of Houston Hobby Center for Public Policy’s Survey Research Center. The first sample (N=315) included registered voters who voted in one of three elections including the 2008, 2012 Republican Primary election and the 2015 General election. The second sample (N=100) included all other registered voters (i.e. those who did not vote in two or more of the selected elections). Results are reported for the combined samples. The margin of error for combined sample (N=415) is 4.8%.
