It’s being reported now that the Freedom Caucus Chairman, Mark Meadows, has said that no deal was reached in meeting with Trump:

I just saw on CNN that their current whip count is that 29 Republicans were either leaning NO or voting NO, which is well over the 21 votes needed to kill the bill.
Looks like there won’t be a vote on the anniversary of Obamacare after all.
