The NRA’s CEO Wayne LaPierre seemed to disagree with el Trumpo who suggested that to stop Islamist we need to arm all the drunks at nightclubs and bars (this is a paraphrase).

This is kind of surprising, but LaPierre later clarified what he meant:
Wayne LaPierre: I want to clarify my comment: if you're going to carry, don't drink. OK to carry in restaurants that serve alcohol.
