I think I figured it out, watching this. The reason Rosemary's Baby drones on & on & on and stammers speaks so slowly is to "run out the clock" & avoid answering any direct questions he is afraid to answer.
What's the difference? I mean if Obama himself carried out those attacks in person, he would answer the exact same way word for word.

President: We are going to find out who was responsible for those attacks but we want to get it right the first time........etc

There was a news report 09/19/12 that Gen David Rodriguez was chosen to take charge of Military's Africa Command Center from Gen Carter Ham. (notice the date)
The recent statement Panetta made said he, General Martin Dempsey, chairman of the U.S. military’s Joint Chiefs of Staff, and General Carter Ham, head of the U.S. military’s Africa Command, felt they couldn’t “put forces at risk in that situation".
I no nothing about Ham but soldiers must follow orders.
General Dempsey is a pathetic, far left, politically correct, islamist apologist. He is an embarrassment to the courageous men and women who fight and die for our country.
Dempsey and Panetta are a disgrace to the nation and would be fragged if left alone on the battlefield for one night.

These are the people who President Hussein Obama and Stevens were running weapons to.
We have to ask what we are replacing Assad with. There are only two steady states in a muslim country. 1) Brutal dictatorship to suppress sharia law. or 2) Brutal sharia law.

Acting CIA Director David Petraeus said (through a spokesperson) the CIA didn't tell anyone to stand down. But Fox News sources said the CIA actually did tell personnel to stand down and NOT to provide any help to those in harms way. So which is it? The sourced information was rock solid (as good as it gets) according to Fox News Jennifer Griffin. If the sources were correct and the CIA did tell personnel to "stand down", then who told the CIA to give that directive? Who is Commander in Chief? Why none other than Barack Hussein Obama!
Barack Obama was the one who ordered everyone to "stand down" and the CIA was given that order by Obama himself. And David Petraeus, as a dutiful former soldier, apparently obeyed Obama's horrendous decision NOT to provide any help during the attack on the consulate in Libya. Yet the CIA is claiming they DIDN'T tell anyone to stand down. Someone is lying!
Obama won't answer the question because obviously he is the one who ordered everyone to stand down. Obama watched the attack in real-time and as Commander in Chief he ultimately gave the order for everyone to 'stand down' and repeatedly "denied" Ambassador Chris Stevens and others any help whatsoever during the attack on the consulate in Libya. That is the logical conclusion to this whole mess. The CIA was given the order from Obama himself and acting Director of the CIA - David Patraeus - followed that order. And now the CIA is apparently "lying" in an attempt to provide cover for the Obama administration.
If the sources that told Fox News that it was indeed the CIA who told everyone to stand down, and if those sources are indeed accurate, then it is abundantly obvious the CIA is lying in an attempt to provide cover for the worst president in America's history. And David Petraeus should be FIRED!
Now if the sourced information is wrong then the CIA is apparently telling the truth and the first 'link' in the chain of command who has ultimate authority to tell everyone to stand down and who also repeatedly "denied" Ambassador Chris Stevens and those other brave Americans any help whatsoever during the attack - is none other than Barack Hussein Obama himself! Who else? And if Obama did give the order for everyone to stand down then he should be IMPEACHED!!!
Either way, Congress should do everything in its power to get to the bottom of this atrocious scandal so that the American people finally know the truth about what happened. The American people deserve to know the truth. But so far they have been given what seems to be a "pack of lies" from the Obama administration, and consequently, Congress needs to do its job and hold the culprits accountable who are lying to the American people.
The Fox report was "CIA chain of command" denied. What is the "chain of Command", would the top command be POTUS, I don't know is everyone playing word games?

Two facts about Benghazi remain unexplained. Maybe they are minor:
1 Contention: The Turkish Official was part of the plot and made sure the Dennis was at the Benghazi Consulate on the night of 9/11, not a day meeting, and he signaled the murderers that Dennis was in the compound and in which building he was located.
2. Question: Two airplanes picked up the annex CIA Operative survivor team. Were the planes used military aircraft out of Europe? Who called for them? Out of all the calls for help why was only the request that was honored a request to evacuate? Did they only have passenger planes available in the entire Eastern Hemisphere that night? Could they not have sent a gunship or two with extra seats?
3 OPTIONAL: CIA denies that it told the teams to stand Down. But that is not the question. Patreus who seems to be rapidly acquiring the Obama art of cunning locution issued a statement regarding WHAT THE CIA DID --NOT-- DO.
--- What we want to know is: WHAT ACTION, ORDER OR INSTRUCTION DID THE CIA GIVE TO ITS OWN TEAM OF CIA OPERATIVES? Is that so much to ask?

1. Benghazi is not an embassy. Tripoli hoses the embassy. SO why would the ambassador be at the consulate in Benghazi on 9/11? Some say he was spearheading and finagling the round up of leftover arms from the rebels and others say there was a freighter loaded with US weaponry. and bound for Syria through the MusBros contact in Turkey and it was moored in the harbor at Benghazi.
Stevens was in Benghazi for a late night meeting with a Turkish official. Within 1 hour of the Turks departure, the ambush began. Was the Turkish official the mean to get Stevens to Benghazi to ensure that Dennis would be in the consulate where US security was least Did the Turkish official signal the murder squad that Dennis was still in the main house at the US compound? Seem like the hit squad knew exactly where to go.
2. The survivors at the annex decided to abandon the post and get to the airport where the strike team had landed. I heard the two planes were required to carry out the team members and the dead. Who called for these planes? Were they US military? Doesn't seem like they could have been commercial flights. If they were US military, how did they "violate Libyan Air space without permission" when warplanes were unable to?
These are all very good questions indeed, wfm, but with all due respect, isn't the first and main point right now to direct all our fire, if I may say so, at the people who were responsible and did nothing, from the President down?
Like - neither Petraeus nor Panetta standing up to that POS and telling him to go away and let them save the lives of those people? WTF?
Or was the POS actually present?
Was it perhaps his handler, Valerie Jarrett, who told them to do nothing, speaking 'for the President'? If so - why did they accept that?

If the protocol is as we heard today, that a 4-star commences the response operation unless a stand-down order is issued, it seems that this must be closing on on them.
We would not know what we do if not for whistle blowers who are clearly forgoing any sort of protection. Perhaps as you say someone does have the guts to stand. America will not survive this tyrant's re-election - that is a reality no one in DC can hide from any longer.
