Obama in 2006: ‘I’ve had enough of using terrorism as a wedge issue in our politics’

What do you know, more hypocrisy from Obama – he’s like a gold mine of hypocrisy! CNS News finds that back in 2006, when Obama was opposing Bush and the war on terror, Obama made clear that he’s so tired of terrorism being used as a ‘wedge’ issue in our politics, especially for electoral purposes.

Of course, this was before Obama decided that to do the same thing by saying that Romney wouldn’t have gotten Bin Laden like he did, you know, using terrorism as a wedge issue, instead of running on his record of high unemployment, high energy prices, anemic growth, etc.

Of course. He’s from the left, where they don’t have hypocrites. However, we, on the right, think they are hypocrites because we believe that everyone has the same rules that apply; they don’t believe that.

The rules are for the ‘little people’, the ‘peasants’, those who don’t agree with them. They don’t have rules or laws they need to obey.

They honestly believe that, and though they would deny it, you can tell by every single thing they do. Aristocracy, feudalism, dictatorship, call it whatever you like, but don’t you dare step out of line. They don’t like it when their ‘peasants’, the producers that they ‘tax’, get out of line.

I’ll sum up your very fine words.

Socialism is for the people… not the socialists. That’s their lesson to us. In the words of Mark Steyn… “Got it!”

I’am getting really sick of seeing photos of Obama with the American Flag in the background…

Let’s have the election tomorrow. I am so sick of the hypocrisy.

The Democrat Politicians just lie. When I was a kid I believed that the President would never lie.. and I doubt that Eisenhower did…but this current bunch…( eye roll)…

      Let’s get it over with.

1.Three people were arguing about what profession was used first in the bible.

The Surgeon says, “The Medical profession was used first when God took a rib from Adam and made Eve.

The Engineer says, “No, engineering was used first. Just think of the engineering job it took to create the world out of chaos.

The Politician says, “You would have nothing if we didn’t create chaos in the beginning?

I can hardly wait to see him getting on Air Force I on his way back to Chicago, Hawaii,

You’re right Scoop, he IS a goldmine of hypocrisy, and so is Biden and Hillary. The whole friggin administration and Democratic party. But for the life of me I just can’t understand the eggshell walking by those on our side to go after him on his lies??

They’re right there!!! Grab onto them and get angry about the lies.

Romney could do all his campaigning just by showing videos of their flip-flop, backwalk, hysterical war on whoever rhetoric. He would never have to make a speech longer than his introduction of: ‘I’m Mitt Romney and this is what I and our entire country are campaigning against,,,,,,,’. Have a video of Reid, Pelosi, DWS, Biden, Holder and Obama on their lies cued up and ready.

“I’ve had enough of using terrorism as a wedge issue in our politics…” (O’)

Here’s what should be the rest of that statement:

…and so my surrogates have been recruiting, training, and motivating terrorists themselves, right here in America. You know them as Occupy Wall Street, rapists, druggies, germ havens, graffiti specialists, destroyers of public and private property, protestors, socialists, communists, anarchists, and now our first attempted bridge bombers. I know them as quite useful fools, but shhhh, don’t tell them that. Yes indeed, no more is it just a wedge issue in our politics, it’s part and parcel of the new democrat political gameplan.

I think all the golf games, the Hollywood parties, the lavish vacations, etc. have conveniently washed this bad ol’ stuff right away from his little mind.

  • tvlgds

And then there was promise of having the most transparent presidency in history.. umm, yeah, right.
