In an appearance on 60 Minutes Sunday evening, Obama once again made sure he shirked the responsibilities of the Oval Office, and blamed the intelligence community for underestimating the spread of Islamist extremists, including ISIS.

Here’s one aspect hardly anyone is talking about – the enhanced interrogation programs that Obama disabled and George W. Bush expanded were among the best sources of intelligence we used against extremists. Obama has been on a drone-strike spree, making use of all that intelligence while not allowing our intelligence forces to gather any new intel. Seems like that would come pretty handy right about now…
