Thanks to Judicial Watch, we now know that the Obama White House was colluding with at least one federal agency, probably more, to support the Occupy movement by allowing them to stay on federal property despite it being a violation of the law:

WASHINGTON EXAMINER – Documents obtained by Judicial Watch confirm that somebody in the White House told officials with the General Services Administration (GSA) to “stand down” and not arrest Occupy Portland protestors who may have broken the law last year.

Former GSA Public Buildings Service Commissioner Robert Peck told a senior Department of Homeland Security official that the federal housekeeping agency had been instructed by the Obama White House to go easy on the Occupy protestors.

In a Nov. 6, 2011, DHS/National Protection and Programs Directorate Chief of Staff Caitlin Durkovich asked GSA’s Peck if it was true that his agency had asked Federal Protective Service officials not to take action against the Occupy Portland protestors.

“Yes, that is our position,” Peck responded. “It’s been vetted with our Administrator and Michael Robertson, our chief of staff, and we have communicated with the WH [White House], which has afforded us the discretion to fashion our approach to Occupy issues…The arrests last week were carried out despite our request that the protesters [sic] be allowed to remain and to camp overnight…”

The Occupy Portland protestors had been protesting for several days on GSA-owned property in the Portland area. Eleven of the protestors had chained themselves to a railing in a downtown Portland park. A week before the Peck email, Portland police, some dressed in riot gear, had arrested more than two dozen Occupy Portland protestors.

The Obama White House denied on multiple occasions during the Occupy protests last year that anybody in the Obama administration had given aid or encouragement to the demonstrations, many of which erupted into public and private property destruction, arrests for drug dealing and prostitution and public health violations.

“We now have a new GSA scandal – one that involves the Obama White House,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “These documents clearly show that federal agencies colluded with the Obama White House to allow the Occupy Wall Street protestors to violate the law with impunity. These documents tell us that the GSA and DHS can’t be relied upon to protect federal workers or property.”

I don’t think there is one person here that is surprised by this new revelation. Good job by JW for finding the evidence to prove it though.

    • http://profile.yahoo.com/44F4AB4VSCTOCHBMBG4ZWWD5OU Laurel

I know I’m not since I watched my local government give them a free pass both in permits, fees, and obeying the law.

      • Sober_Thinking

That so sucks. The “protesters” (a.k.a. agitators) in Portland are among the worst and most violent. How nice that both the Government and LSM are complicit and allow these useful idiots to endanger people and property. Good ol’ Government…

        • steprock

Agree with this caveat: it’s NOT good old’ Government. It’s lawlessness that is practiced only by this corrupt administration. When did either party show such wanton disregard for the rule of law in American history? When did the MSM act in such a complicit manner to help cover it all up?

          • Sober_Thinking

            Yeah, I agree.

I was being sarcastic. What I wrote was the “G”-rated version of what I really wanted to say… :)

            • steprock

Wait, you make G-rated comments???? Since when?? WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE WORLD???

              • Sober_Thinking

Lol! “Dogs and cats, living together!”

I hear ya! Just like Holder and the Black Pussycats. One law for those they agree with and another for those they deem (I hate that word) unworthy of political protection. Political corruption at it’s finest!

        • steprock

When I speak it’s Freedom of Speech. When you speak, it’s Hate.

          Chick-fil-a, anyone?

            Now I’m hungry! TY! ;-)

      • RighteousCrow_JustCaws

Maybe it’s time we stop following these illegitimate rules/laws oMOBa dispenses regularly. If he can break laws without being impeached, why can’t we ignore them with equal impunity?

        • http://tinyurl.com/wwsotu Whitewolf2009

With NObama and Holder? Not a good idea… They only approve of laws being broken they disagree with… I’m sure they’ll come down upon any Conservative that dares defy Dear Leader. But the good news… November is not that far away!

    • tvlgds

Nope, not surprised at all. We knew it from the beginning. Just wait–there’s going to be a whole lot more before the election.

Take this with a grain of salt – sometimes Alex Jones is right, sometimes he just comes off like a kook, but I believe this is in the works. A friend of mine sent it to me last night, and some of it is what I’ve been saying for months.

  • E. Lee Zimmerman

Yeah, is this really all that big of a revelation? Methinks EVERYONE saw the writing on the wall with this White House’s embracing of the anarchist movement. It’s disgraceful. This charlatan will presumably support “freedom fighters” on America’s streets, but he won’t support them abroad. What a douche.

    • Sober_Thinking

Lol! Love the excellent way you stated that.

Barry is the least Presidential person to ever occupy the White House.

(See what I did there? Hmm? “Occupy” the White House? Hmm?) Lol… I’m a knucklehead… laughing at my own puns… :)

  • Sober_Thinking

Since the Obama regime has no Tea Party and since the Tea Party has been peaceful in every gathering, Barry wanted his own astroturf grass roots protesters… so this doesn’t surprise me. The fact that his anarchist minions turned ugly and violent probably didn’t sit too well with him (if only the dang Tea Party had cooperated and gone violent… tsk tsk). But hey, he’s lawless anyway, let them squat (literally and figuratively) on federal property illegally. Afterall, they’re supposed to be his buddies… why not. The unions benefitted from his criminal benevolence, why not afford the same “rights” to his lost children?

Obama is a lying criminal. The bad thing is… How much worse will it get if this dictator is re-elected?

I don’t know if you ever took the time to read Hitler’s Mein Kampf. There are whole sections in it in which he describes his Brownshirts “breaking up” rallies for his opponent by using extreme violence. Hitler writes of his pride in seeing them do so. I think NObama fits right in with that mentality.

      • Sober_Thinking

That’s an interesting insight. Perhaps Occupy is a PC version of them?

        • http://tinyurl.com/wwsotu Whitewolf2009

I think it’s the progressive thing. Both were for big government and NObama, like Hitler wanted to win by any means necessary. Now, to be fair to Hitler? (Now I’m a racist for using the word fair and Hitler in the same sentence, but nevertheless), Hitler’s stormtroopers were fighting against organized Communist “street fighters.” The unofficial national anthem of the Nazis was the “Horst Wessel Leid (song)” and it refers to a Brownshirt that was beaten to death by communists during one such brawl. They sang it at every Nazi gathering… Anyway, I’m getting OT so I’ll shut up now.

          • Sober_Thinking

Thanks for the history and insight. No need to ever shut up. :)

My biggest question/concern is this:”If Romney remains the R-nominee(and it seems he will), will those who object to it REALLY write in Palin, or any other candidate of choice simply to prove a point, thus ensuring four more years of obama(I know it’s petty, but I refuse to put a capital letter at the start of his name. He is not worthy of a capital, not alphabetically, not nationally)? That thought keeps me up at night, as well as wondering if he will find an excuse to issue an executive order to halt the election? Or is it possible that he has acquired enough power to retain the WH regardless of wether he wins or not?

              • Sober_Thinking

                Great points – very concern-worthy.

I agree that having Romney – arguably the worst candidate of the GOP primary – as the only candidate opposite of Obama is a tragedy. But if I wrote in Allen West, Jim DeMint, Sarah Palin, Mark Levin, Michelle Malkin, etc. then that’s a wasted vote.

As I said before, I’ll vote for Romney but there’s no way I can support this man. And if Americans stick with their principles on this and write in Ron Paul or someone else other than to vote for Romney, then we will lose this war.

Try to find some peace (mine comes from my Lord and savior). I have had trouble sleeping too my friend… you are not alone. My comfort is to know that God is in control and that all of this is part of his plan… and it will benefit us in ways we may not understand. My faith helps me sleep.

                Hang in there.

              • oldguyjustsayin

re: “enough power to retain WH” Please see “Rob the Vote” in current issue of Whistleblower Magazine http://superstore.wnd.com/Whistleblower-Magazine

After reading that issue, Sober_Thinking’s solution: “My faith helps me sleep” may be required antidote.

  • ZM71

This doesn’t surprise me in the least. Though it is truly sad that it reached this point. November can’t some soon enough.

Look at the bright side Democrats, now you can pay them to go to the Convention in Charlotte to fill all those empty seats you are worried about.

Nobody is surprised at this. OWS was a precursor to the “mean old rich guy” class warfare rhetoric everybody knew wwas coming.

  • kong1967

We all knew Obama was involved in helping OWS. No surprise to see it proven.

    • http://tinyurl.com/wwsotu Whitewolf2009

      LOL! :-)

    • steprock

Where do you go when you want to buy name brand spatulas for a fraction of the price?

      • kong1967

Lol, how you ever thought of that video is beyond me. Funny, though.

  • steprock

“…public and private property destruction, arrests for drug dealing and prostitution and public health violations.”

Oh, come on, we all know that kind of thing happens at TEA Party rallies all the time! Of course it does, because MSNBC said they’re pretty much the same, so it must be true.

    NOT

  • MadMadJack

If it comes out of the Obama camp you can usually put it into five classifications. Illegal, corrupt, dishonest, hypocritical or treasonous. Remember many of these are Holder’s people or Obama’s sons. I truly believe as the election gets closer those asses on the left want to see anarchy, uprisings, and treasonous acts to help insure the reelection of this inept, incompetent, narcissistic phony.

I will be so glad when the amateur hour running the WH is over.

  • toongoon

Obama wasn’t running for president, he was running for dictator. One more election and his takeover will be complete.

This is a nation of laws not men, or man, as it were.

Republicans better wake their arse up, they chose to take on the fight by running for election, they need to stand up.

  • yhxqqsn

But they ‘sic’ the law after protestors legally protesting in front of the white house.

  • http://www.facebook.com/johnrobertbellomojr John Robert Bellomo Jr.

I was not supportive of the Occupy Movement’s positions, but acknowledged their right to protest. Having said this, I was not surprised when they were allowed to blatantly and repeatedly break numerous laws. I am now not surprised to hear that they were aided by the Obama administration, Pres. Obama is a “community organizer” after all. And I will not be surprised when NO ONE IS BROUGHT UP ON CHARGES!!!

  • anyonebutbarry2012

this whole administration is corrupt and lawless

  • Bunjy

Color me surprised. . .not. This guy is so lawless he makes Nixon look like a choirboy.

  • deeme

Was I the only one who saw video on Fox of Bill Ayers training them and telling them not to be violent, yet that is..This is what they do organize..agitate..

  • 4rcane

Astroturf. Dem are guilty of what they accuse GOP of.

  • warpmine

You just knew from the beginning in your heart that Obama was mixing the Kool Aid for these idiots and now the proof has presented itself. So now what? Crickets from the GOP limp wristed twits.

  • aZjimbo

As if we didn’t know this. Straight from the community organizer himself.
