All morning long Chris Cuomo has been trying to ‘get to the bottom’ of why Trump hasn’t denounced anti-Semitism. Just listen here as he asks Rick Santorum:
.@RickSantorum: A lot of anti-Semitism is coming from the pro-Muslim community https://t.co/dWn3nNAVMG

Last night we posted how NBC News was basically blaming Trump for these attacks on Jewish centers because he hasn’t denounced them – which was odd because then they showed a statement of Sean Spicer, Trump’s White House Press Secretary, denouncing them.
Well this morning Trump explicitly denounced them in an interview with NBC News:
“Anti-Semitism is horrible and it’s going to stop,” President Trump tells NBC News’ @craigmelvin https://t.co/8yDFDz1R0J
— NBC News (@NBCNews) February 21, 2017
And in his short announcement:
.@POTUS: "The anti-Semitic threats targeting our Jewish community and community centers are horrible" https://t.co/Au31PPpdBj pic.twitter.com/5xzLiGPGRS

Ok Chris Cuomo he just gave you what you wanted, there’s your layup. NBC News, you can stop blaming Trump for the attacks on Jewish centers around the country.
Good grief.
