Did I miss the part of the Trayvon Martin story where he flirted with some white girl and then George Zimmerman kidnapped him, tortured him, and then brutally murdered him?
Oh I get it. It’s the ‘all white jury’ that let the men who did this to Emmet Till off scott free, after only an hour of deliberation. But they were guilty.
What did Zimmerman do that’s akin to any of this? NOTHING. He was too busy getting his face bashed in by Trayvon Martin who apparently wanted to make an example out of him or something.
Did Martin get what he deserved? Ted Nugent thinks so. I hate to say anyone deserves death but if I had been in Zimmerman’s shoes and some dude attacked me and was on top of me bashing my face in, I’d have done the same thing. It’s not appropriate to celebrate death but a man has to do what a man has to do. And that night George Zimmerman did what was necessary.
So all this crap about Emmet Till is absolute bunk and people like Oprah Winfrey need to get the race-chip off of their shoulder. If Trayvon Martin had been white this country wouldn’t have batted an eye at this crime and there never would have been a trial.
And stop with the racial profiling crap. I didn’t happen.
