Oregon school district says teachers can give condoms to students, beginning with sixth graders

Starting next fall in the Gervais School District in Oregon, students as young sixth grade will be able to get condom from teachers. This is apparently an effort to prevent teen pregnancies among students. In order to get a condom, the student will have to listen to an informal sex-ed discussion from their teacher.
