This really is outrageous. The Department of Defense is refusing to give the survivors of the Fort Hood terrorist attack Purple Hearts because that may force Maj. Nidal Hasan to be classified as a terrorist and may result in him getting an unfair trial. Oh cry me a river. If they had labeled it correctly as a terrorist act in the first place instead of designating it as ‘workplace violence’, then this wouldn’t even be an issue and our military survivors wouldn’t continually be dishonored.
