OVERRULED: Colorado apartments new anti-gun policy thrown out by owner company

One retired Marine is going to sleep better knowing that he doesn’t have to get rid of his guns in order to stay in his home. The owner company of the Castle Rock apartments has thrown out the new policy created by the management company after holding an emergency meeting yesterday. They said they were unaware the management company had created this new policy and given that this is public housing, it’s most certainly unconstitutional to ban people from owning firearms in their homes.
