Paul Ryan: Carter years look like the good old days compared to Obama’s economy

Hammering home the idea that Obama can’t say we are better off than we were four years ago, Paul Ryan made a great point this morning by saying that every president since the Great Depression that has run for reelection could say that America was better off today than it was four years ago – except Jimmy Carter and President Barack Obama. In fact he says that the Jimmy Carter years look like the good old days compared to where we are now.
