Paul Ryan explained this morning that we can expect to see a draft outline of the tax plan they have worked out with the administration in the last week of September:

Once the draft is laid out, Ryan says the committees involved in the draft will then take feedback on the draft in the weeks ahead and will use that to draft the legislation actual tax legislation.
Of course he builds this up as a much needed overhaul of the tax system. But given how he explained that the House Obamacare bill was full repeal when it absolutely wasn’t, I’m going to hold my chips until we see the actual legislation.
