Please quit passing around this easily DEBUNKED ‘One World Order’ Obama video

So there’s a pretty obviously deceptively edited video being passed around that supposedly shows Obama advocating a New World Order. We uploaded it so you can see it without giving the deceptive source any more views or ad money:

One portion is snipped from the beginning of this speech:

We meet here at a moment of testing for Europe and the United States, and for the international order that we have worked for generations to build. Throughout human history, societies have grappled with fundamental questions of how to organize themselves, the proper relationship between the individual and the state, the best means to resolve inevitable conflicts between states.

And the second portion is cut from another part of the speech:

Those ideals have often been threatened by an older, more traditional view of power.  This alternative vision argues that ordinary men and women are too small-minded to govern their own affairs, that order and progress can only come when individuals surrender their rights to an all-powerful sovereign.

As you can see, they’re spliced together to say something that’s completely the opposite of what Obama actually says. Whether he believes it truly, I have some doubt. But at the very least, he’s not stupid enough to announce to the world that he’s a one world government advocate.

Make sure to check the sources for these kinds of things, because when they’re debunked, they really make our movement look stupid and naive. There are plenty of good arguments to be made to support the Republic and the conservative movement for us to resort to fraudulent evidence.
