Rand Paul tweeted a few moments ago that he will be returning to the Senate today despite all the pain he is experiencing:
Kelley and I want to thank everyone once again for your thoughts and prayers for my recovery. While I’m still in a good deal of pain, I will be returning to work in the Senate today, ready to fight for liberty and help move forward with tax cuts in the coming days and weeks.

I’m glad to see Paul is not going to allow his neighbor to keep his vote out of the Senate. I think the way this tax cut plan is going so far, they are going to need his votes in order to pass it, assuming it’s something he wants to vote for.
