So this morning Rand Paul blamed the GOP ‘hawks’ for helping create ISIS:
Rand Paul sounds unbelievably childish and stupid. Just flipping around the attack by Lindsey Graham is very juvenile. And what’s stupid is the GOP hasn’t been in power in the last seven years to where we can give arms indiscriminately to anyone. Geez.
As to who or what created ISIS, I’d say Turkey is more to blame than most.
