The percent of adult Americans (15.9%) who do not have health insurance is higher now than the final months of the Bush presidency (15.4%), and higher than a year earlier (14.6%) when the last resection started, as per Gallup.
So much for Obamacare “working.”
The rate of Uninsured Americans is expected to fall in the coming years regardless of ACA because a larger percent of the population is turning older and will thus be signed-up to Medicare.
