Today is the 16th anniversary of what many consider to be the worst day in American history, at least in our lifetimes.
It was the day that nearly 3,000 people were murdered by Islamic terrorists, from NYC to Pennsylvania to Washington DC.
It was the day that captured the attention of the American people and a day we will never forget:
