By The Right Scoop

Both Morning Joe and Rep. Peter King, Chairman of Homeland Security, are very troubled that it took this long for the Petraeus scandal to break considering the investigation began over the summer and are very skeptical of the claim that the president only recently found out about it. They raise a lot of great questions in this segment.

NOTE: I’ve cued it up to begin at 2:25:

    Rep. King,

You have also been scammed by the Dems

PLEASE do not let them get away with this

Do not become a traitor like the others !!

  • Cindy09

Do you think that the administration didn’t know about his affair before nominating him DCIA? I bet they knew!! Yet they named him for that position!

    • sDee

It seems it is very hard for anyone to attain serious power and money in our Central Government unless someone owns them. How does one man own another?……money leveas them open to a higher bidder, blackmail is exclusive.

    • Patriot077

Someone posted links to Judge Jeanine’s show from this weekend on here, but I couldn’t find them.

Judge Jeanine said that they had to have known before he was nominated. Here she is interviewing KT McFarland: http://www.foxnews.com/on-air/justice-jeanine/index.html
A 2nd segment titled “I Don’t believe in Coincidences” is her statement that the CIA would have known about the affair Before he went to the CIA. Both segments are instructive. :)

      • puma_for_life

If you find that link to Judge Jeanine’s show, hope you will post it again. I wanted to watch it, but I can only watch livestreams (no tv) and this weekend, the Fox livestream wasn’t working.

        • Patriot077

Sorry, it wasn’t the entire show posted, just the 2nd item in post above. The links I referenced in my post are as much as I’ve seen. (I don’t have tv anymore either). I can’t remember who posted it originally.

    • Jazzee

I believe they KNEW all of them
this is just another lie…..and a man who knows their secrets

  • tvlgds

Well, that explains why he went from “General Betrayus” under Bush to the second coming under Obummer. He was set up from the word go!

    • Cindy09

They kept this information in their back pocket to use later. I am mostly upset with the FBI, why, oh why, didn’t they come forward with a story that could imperil national security? Since when is the FBI mindful about the outcome of the general elections? That does not make any sense. They’ve put politics about country!

      • NYGino

Two words. Eric Holder. Four words. Why are you surprised?

        • Cindy09

They’ve put politics above country. When their facilities or their budgets get cut down, they should not complain.

        • Jazzee

          nope
fast and furious in Libya and now hang out the General
          holder is a coward……not us

Bill Whittle did a couple of videos on our intelligence agencies being infiltrated. This is the link to part 1 of 2.

      • StandingGround

And, how convenient that we have all this to talk about right after the election where there was massive voter fraud. Timely, I’d say.

Wonder what else the other hand is doing right about now. Oh, that’s right, massive regulations, for one thing.

Yeah, and our Organizer-in-Chief knows nothing and his heart is pure as the driven snow.

      • Jazzee

OH I am sure there are lots of things they can be threatened with to play along with obama and his lying comrades

  • Cindy09

Shouldn’t the Head of the FBI resign too?

  • funkybarfly

Everything about Obama and his Administration stinks.Everything.

    • Jazzee

yes and 4 more years of this arrogant jerk

  • Cindy09

Ha, they just proved how DON’T ASK DON’T TELL could be used for cover ups!!

      good point!

  • 911Infidel

Smart people learn from their mistakes. Stupid people keep making the same mistakes over and over again. O’Beestard could care less. After all the American electorate gave him a mulligan; and the courts and the enemedia will keep backing him up.

Crisis? That idea is falling on deaf ears as shown vividly by the re-election of the gay Marxist Muslim from Kenya.

    • cabensg

Gay, Muslim, Marxist. Is there such a thing as a three worded oxymoron?

      • 911Infidel

        Sure. Barack Hussein Obama

I DITTO what Joe said! Keep on it Rep. King!! You’ve been one of the few willing to speak out! Stay angry and get answers!!!

    Hey! I did BOLD!

I like it – you look nice in BOLD, ABiC!

And I agree with your post.

  • http://twitter.com/wbcsaint Sam R

Mr King, yes this is important but Benghazi is 100000000 times more important. Also there appears to be voter fraud at least in Florida where Districts had 141% voter turnout. That also seems to be a little more important than Mr Petraues. Yes it is important to find out why the information was sat on until after the election and right before he was scheduled to testify but there are a few more important things to investigate sir.

    • Pickupdriver

      I agree with you 100%!!!

  • NYGino

“Let us know if there’s anything we can do”.

Laughable and insulting. MSNBC has, and continues to do, all they can do to to keep the American public ill-informed and to cover the impostor’s butt.

They say “…someone should be fired”. I agree. Let’s start with the media and work our way up to the White House.

    • NYGino

Let me correct myself. Let’s start with the White House and then we’ll deal with all the other traitors to our country.

  • NYGino

Did Peter King just take the red pill or the blue pill?

    • http://no-apologies-round2.blogspot.com/ AmericanborninCanada

Like so many these days, maybe he substituted for the purple one.

      • NYGino

Your left foot is in a bucket of boiling water and your right foot is in a block of ice. I guess, on the whole, you’re comfortable. Once again you nail it ABC.

You’ve got a way with words NY. I like it :-)

  • colliemum

Interesting how the pro-Bathhouse Barry msnbc talking heads just cannot bring themselves to accept that he knew full well but decided to use this when he needed to twist Petraeus’ arms.

Sorry to go Godwin here, but this is excactly how Germans reacted when they heard about concentration camps during the 3rd reich: Oh, the good, wonderful Fuehrer can’t know about this, else he’d do something to stop it, it’s all the fault of Himmler/Goering/Goebbels who keep it secret from him.

Same mental attitude her: ‘someone must be fired’ – but the President surely surely is innocent of such dire knowledge …’
    Makes me sick.

    • NYGino

colliemum, you speak from another perspective and that is good. Infuriating, isn’t it, that people cannot recognize the past when it jumps up and hits them in the face. Chalk it up to ignorance, apathy, delusion and manipulation. So sad.

      • colliemum

Well, I am a self-confessed history buff, and I do like to sing out when I find parallels in history. I’ve read a huge amount of books, so what I’ve learned isn’t something picked up in college, or even taught in a course.
Therefore, I think I’ve got a responsibility to share what I know, when applicable.
Like a good cook would show me how to hold a knife to slice onions really finely and quickly …

        • NYGino

colliemum, I’ve always said that your education really only starts when you leave school, provided you have an inquisitive, open mind.

          • colliemum

That there is FUNNY – I don’t care who you are!

  • Rshill7

I’m going to send Mr. King 158.8% of my pop tart.

Is the extra 58.8% of it silent, like the the X at the end of Phydeaux?

    No, it’s noisy as hell.

  • Dukehoopsfan

It has never been more clear that we are in need of a Speaker of the House who is in possession of brass balls and the courage of his convictions. Boehner? Boehner??…………………. crickets!

    • Cindy09

Hey, I read that Cantor was informed about the situation on October 31st. He passed it on to Clapper after that did nothing other than wait.

      • Patriot077

I heard that too and was upset with him at first.

It sounds bad on it’s face, but Cantor may have been smart to throw the hot potato back to the Dems to handle. What would he have accomplished, really, by releasing the info to the press? The affair in and of itself does not impact the president. I think it would have given the media something to beat the Republicans up with if he had exposed it directly.

How do others feel about this not being immediately published?

        • Betsey_Ross

I like the idea, but at some point in time the Republicans have got to stop thinking about that aspect and take the offensive. They are always playing defense. That is why we lost. We are always losing because almost all of the Republicans are afraid of the MSM. The more I think about it and the more Rush talks about the ‘consultants’ telling the party what to do, the more I think we need another party that actually stands up and articulates what being an American really means. I want these Republicans to make Brono Bamma’s life a living h*ll.

          • Patriot077

I would like to see them catch the ball and run with it too. I hope they put their all into getting testimony from both Petreaus and Hillary whether the WH uses their blocking power or not.

      • cabensg

Cantor is Boehner’s right hand man and is just as much to blame for all the inaction as Boehner. I never say one name without saying the other when referring to the Republican leadership.

  • opinionatedhermit

“Someone has to be fired over this.”
    -Morning Joe

Whom among us is going to break it to this clown that like Bengahzi, Obama knew everything and called all the shots? And, didn’t do anything until after the election?

And, that he, himself, good ol’ Morning Joe, has been advocating for Obama for like …. ever …….

    What a maroon…..

    • StrangernFiction

Barky knew and Scarborough knows he knew.

    • Patriot077

As Rush was saying this morning, Petreaus sure is being treated differently than Clinton was when that high level official had a fling with a young woman.

And it isn’t Petreaus’ affair that is the most egregious scandal – it is everything that led up to and including the murders in Benghazi. That is what should have been exposed prior to the election.

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_OQI5D66OXO7X2FE4NVCZC7BAMA Joe

      OH!

I though you said – Set someone on FIRE

      My misteak!

  • Rocco11

When Petraeus came out with that statement about the attack being tied to the video, I knew the Obama Regime had something on him. Now we know what it is…

    • Haywoodjbl

Wow….I had not connected that dot……Petraeus may still get the last word if he hangs it on O the Bozo

    • Patriot077

Yes, and he also later stated that nobody at the CIA, at any level, refused to provide help. So if he gave orders to provide assistance and someone else said not to, that desist order would have to come from someone higher up his chain of command. And that would be Ovomit.

      • Dukehoopsfan

I suspect that it is SOP for the regime to have people who are potential “wildcards” investigated. In this case Petraeus may have been ready to wander off the reservation so the regime played their card. I suspect that his bank account just grew by a substantial number as well. I hope representative King and his committee adopt a “no prisoners” mentality when pursuing answers to this entire cluster f-ck.

  • deeme

With the help of the media , we will have four years of truth being edited out of everything. They will sit on any stories no matter how important if they don’t go well with thier agenda..They will write whatever crisis they need into whatever situation requires it..It appears the great ones have all left U.S..Notice how we are talking about everything but why didn’t you send more security before 911 and if you know realtime why did you blame a movie at the UN…and why didn’t you send help during the attacks>??? They are masters of deception..Let the propaganda continue..

  • GRITSMama

Peter? Seriously? They keep referring to Congressman King as, “Peter”?? Really? Could you visualize them saying, “Barney” or “Eric” or “Hillary”?

  • Orangeone

I had to watch this 3 times to be sure I heard this from MSNBC. But then again, it allows them to let sex trump 4 dead Americans, two of whom were brave Navy Seals who tried to save the 2 who decided to remain in Benghazi after 230 security incidents.

  • Orangeone
    • Patriot077

I wonder how she got them. Apparently the CIA doesn’t use email accounts at all and it sounded like his G-mail was for personal use. He says he did not share docs with her.

    • Cindy09

I hope she is not some kind of spy paid by Russia. I understand she is scorned by the possibility of Petraeus having a new lover but to have classified docs on her computer may mean she has other motives other than to make him sing her song including the possibility that her loyalty is not completely to the US!!

  • opinionatedhermit

I’m going into the bumper sticker business. Anybody else want to come along?

I’m thinking as our first one we bring back an oldie but a goodie:

    “Don’t blame me … I didn’t vote for him…”

    • Orangeone

I’d like to join. May I propose another:

      Elections Have Consequences
      No Change Left in Treasury

  • http://navalwarfare.blogspot.com/ Libertyship46

As more and more of this comes out, I’m convinced now more than ever that the White House is setting up Petraeus as the fall guy for EVERYTHING that happened in Libya. Forget about the fact that the ambassador in Libya was literally begging the State Department for more security right up until the day he died on 9/11. That is all going away now. Now this will all become “an intelligence failure” and will be dumped on Petraeus. Sad to see this guy get the blame for all the mistakes Obama and Clinton made. I just hope he stands up for himself before Congress.

  • puma_for_life

King is still talking as if he believes that Obama and the White House did not know about this affair until after the election. I do not believe that for one minute. He had to have known and if he did not know, it’s just like Benghazi, he is incompetent and needs to leave the office. Or else, he (Obama) is part of a much larger cover up and conspiracy. I also was astounded when Sen Feinstein stated in her interview with Chris Wallace that this affair was not related to Benghazi. I thought, how can she be so sure, she just found out about on Friday. If she is going into this investigation with that preconceived attitude we will never get to the truth. Finally, I do not understand why Petreaus’ testimony this week was cancelled. They need to get him up there talking before something happens to him.

    • Betsey_Ross

I am beginning to believe it is a distraction from getting Hill, Bronco, and Slo Joe.

      • puma_for_life

I don’t think it is distraction, I think it is an attempt to shut Petraeus up.

        • DebbyX

benghazi is bad…. i like peter king, trust him. i like to know about huma abedin. funny how with her ties she gets a security clearance in our state dept… and we never hear about it again . when bachman and panel ask about this.

    • NYGino

  • stage9

Petraeus will face charges over adultery and Obama will walk over the negligence over Benghazi. See how this works America.

These freaking idiots in the MSM wouldn’t touch Benghazi with a ten foot pole. Petraeus gets caught having an affair and all of a sudden these pukes start fighting for “journalist of the year” to expose it.

  • puma_for_life

This is an intriguing take on the situation:
    http://www.infowars.com/general-petraeus-the-spy-who-loved-him/

  • NYGino

Watch the other hand………….Watch the other hand

  • cabensg

CNN spins that Obama wasn’t notified until after election. This is just plain BS. they already stated that Eric Holder knew months ago. There is no way in he11 Holder didn’t tell Obama. Finstein is complaining the intelligence committee’s weren’t told and rightfully so. I suppose this is an accident to. This smells to high heaven and we’d better hope the few in the House who actually have any guts will still subpoena Petraeus about Bengazi.

  • Diogenes_wy

The theory that is evolving is that Petraeus was being pressured by the administration (read:blackmailed) to go along with their version of events at Benghazi but he decided at great personal grief and loss to make the story public by resigning thus removing the administration’s hold over him. This now leaves him free to tell the truth if asked, without reservation. Also, if he does testify truthfully and the administration retaliates it would lend credence to the blackmail theory and suppression of facts by the white house.
