Reporters sat on Trump University story until after primary, says Cruz advisor

As we all warned before the primary, Trump is suddenly being bombarded by the media who he thought loved him now that he’s clinched the nomination.

Here’s Brian Phillips, the former Communications Advisor for Ted Cruz:

We at el Scoopo covered the story for months before this, knowing he would be knocked on his Obama after the nomination. Now he’s absolutely losing it because he sees people he thought were friends in the media slapping him around. Ironically, this is EXACTLY what happened to John McCain in 2008, who thought the press would be his friend after years of giving them quotes to rip on traditional conservatives. It turns out the cheeto-faced toupee-topped totalitarian isn’t any brighter than the POW he loves to insult.

Not only did we suspect this was happening, but many of us told Trump-heads about it, and they denied it. I’m not going to say “I told you so,” I’m going to YELL IT.
