The phrase “he said referring to his experience analising black boxes from past crashes” was completely left out of the Yahoo News story even though the story is almost identical word for word. Why they would omit such a crucial detail, I’m really not sure. But I certainly can’t do that which is why I’m bringing it to your attention.
So it appears that this story is not true as reported by Yahoo News.

This is a huge story and very underreported. The black box that was found on Airasia flight QZ8501 has revealed that “Allahu Akbar” were last words of the pilot before crashing the plane:

“Allahu Akbar” is the cry of the Muslim Jihad, not the cry of accidental death.
Arabic researcher Walid Shoebat had done some research into the pilot and suspected him of being a radical Muslim, but until there was never any proof that this could be intentional until now. Read his thoughts on this new development here.

The tragic loss of AirAsia Flight 8501, which fell into the Java Sea on December 28 on the way from Surabaya in Indonesia to Singapore, has hit Surabaya’s Christian community especially hard.
Fully a quarter of the 162 passengers and crew who died were from one church. Pastor Philip Mantofa of Surabaya’s Mawar Sharon Church discovered that 41 of his congregation were on the plane, most of them travelling to Singapore on holiday.
