Megyn Kelly had a great interview with Rick Perry tonight on immigration, where he sounded like a presidential candidate (which Megyn Kelly noted) as he talked about the border being the one thing that must be done before all else.
She also asked him about when we’ll know whether he’s running for president and his response was that he’ll announce in May or June.
