Robin Leach: What Obama is proposing is Socialism – it’s ugly and evil and it never works

Robin Leach has seen it before and says Obama is definitely trying to push Socialism on America and that it’s ugly, evil and it never works. The first clip is the money clip and deals with this specifically but the second clip is cool because Leach talks about why there’s nothing wrong with being rich:

  • Ok, I obviously agree with him, but Robin Leach? Really?

    • hp

      But Salvatore Anello? ReaLLY?

  • …I feel like writing…”well, duh…” hmmmm, I guess I did. But, I’m glad others are waking up to the reality AND publicly speaking out about it. If you love America – the good and the bad – you HAVE to vote BHO out in November. He is dismantling the entire country as are his socialist minions in the bureaucracy.

    • M_J_S

I’d rather he wins and is either removed from office or forced to resign.

      • RighteousCrow_JustCaws

And then you have, President Biden? Or President Hillary?

      • BS61

No current spineless Republican’s are doing it now, so don’t count on them!

        • M_J_S

So we should count on Romney?

  • NYGino

Leveling the playing field would have everyone in the same position with no inducement, indeed, even punishment for those who would, usually through hard work, use their abilities to create and build. Entrepreneurship, the process of creating and building, is what creates jobs and stimulates economies.

Look at every society in the world that went down the socialist road (leveled playing field for the masses but of course not for the so called ‘elites’) and you find discouragement and stagnation.

This is the fundamental transformation Obama and the liberals want for America.

    • WordsFailMe

It’s more like taking a playing field like Yankee Stadium and moving the entire game to Harlem and dropping the ticket price from $25-center field to 50 cents or 2 crack-flakes.

    • Sober_Thinking

Agreed. We ALL have to vote this criminal out of office. Good post!

  • EchoMike

Is it me, or does Mr Leach make a better argument against Obama, and for Capitalism, than our current “inevitable” nominee?

    • StrangernFiction

How many R’s period speak the truth about what Obama is doing?

      • Sober_Thinking

Allen West… um, that’s about it.

    • Sober_Thinking

In Robin Leach’s voice (ahem): “I don’t know why.”

It’s a shame we have a sham to shill for. He gets my vote – NOTHING else.

  • “A warm fuzzy way of saying I’m a socialist.” I love it.

Level the playing field. Let’s see how that works. What happens to the majority of lottery winners? They’re broke within 10 years after winning. Why is that? Because they don’t have money management skills. It’s like a kid who suddenly comes in to 10 bucks and he feels like he’s all that (ok- so theses days it’d have to be a hundred bucks) anyway, he thinks he’s set for life, and goes to the store and starts picking out candy and toys. By the time he gets to the check out, he finds out he doesn’t have a cent left.

People who don’t earn what they’re given, they don’t know how to manage it, or they don’t care about managing it because they are led to believe they will get more. Most people who earn 6 or 7 figures have worked hard, worked more hours than they’ve slept and have learned how to manage people and cash flow. You could take 9 million dollars from a guy who has 10 million, and give the 9 million to someone who has 100 bucks. In 2 years the guy who had 10 mil, but was left with 1 mil will have earned his 9 million back. The person who was given the 9 will be broke again.

“socialism is a great idea until you run out of other people’s money… ” Margret Thatcher

  • Susitna

Hey George (C)Loony……it’s socialism, what else?

  • welltempered2

    Obama: The master of covetousness.

  • David Boyes

why does this discussion always seem to fall on deaf ears ?? and there is nothing like a good English accent to make the point ! 🙂

  • mder4thegov

I hope you have enough money in the bank, Robin…because after this interview, you’ll surely get blackballed.
Don’t you know how the game is played? Praise Obama, and you conveniently get a 20 million dollar movie…or an NBC series (which will stay on the air, whether the ratings are good or bad), or a show on HBO.

  • Sober_Thinking

I’d like conservatives to point out a) what Socialism really is, b) why it is bad, c) that maobama is trying to push that crap here, d) why that’s bad, e) highlight what the government is doing with the money they take, and f) what we can do to stop this madness.

It’s unbelievable that more Americans don’t understand all of this and even more stupifying that ANY Americans support this criminal as president at all. Vermin.

    • I think so many Americans don’t understand it is because they’ve been taught it for so long through gubmint schools and leftist universities. They have never lived under a socialist system, so they don’t understand how truly damaging it is. While there is evidence galore about the destruction of socialist/communist societies, they don’t pay attention to that and are not told about that in school or on “dancing with the stars”.

Those like leftist hollywood who have money but still support socialist ideals are just mentally unstable. That’s the only viable explanation I can think of.

      • kong1967

I don’t think Hollywood elites are unstable, but they don’t have the business understanding that a typical rich man has. I remember a certain actress, I believe Angelina Jolie (not positive, so don’t quote me), express guilt that she came across her wealth so easily and without effort that she felt terrible shame when she saw the poor in society. There are a lot of really good liberals whose only problem is they wear their heart on their sleeves without understanding the resulting consequences. At the same time, there are a lot of really evil liberals that know exactly what the consequences are and they use them to their benefit (Obama).

        • True, and I see your point. It was the same thing with Celine Dion after hurricane Katrina, when she cried something like, “let them feel the things!” talking about the looters who had never had such things before…. then a few years later someone tried to break into her mansion. I wonder, did she let the burgler “touch her stuff”? I doubt it, but maybe she could understand better her own comments when people were touching other people’s stuff. Yeah, I wouldn’t compare most actors/entertainers to people like George Soros.

    • c4pfan

      Never going to happen.

  • Trust1TG

Romney is the same as Obama. Romney’s governorship was the experimental model for Obama’s actions and policies.

A comparison of Romney and Obama:

    • MikeBri527

Thanks for the link to the post on the fathersymeon site. Very interesting. I’ve always believed that Romney was not a conservative but I didn’t think he was this bad.

I would’ve liked to see the author give the sources of his seemingly factual information. Unfortunately, I don’t really believe much that I read today as fact (at least in these kinds of articles). It’s unfortunate but I believe most people out there have an agenda to promote and I’m note sure this writer is any different. Do you have any proof yourself that this author is genuine and that what he states as facts are actually true?

  • c4pfan

I wish he’d tell that to some of the GOP, like Romney!

  • Robin Leach is the man!!! Romney should bring him on some of his speaking tours. Leach knows where we’re headed because he’s been there already in England. It will be the end of America as we know it if we have four more years of Obama. Over two thousand years ago, when Cicero spoke in the Roman Senate he ended every speech with, “Carthage must be destroyed.” He knew what he was talking about because Carthage had already tried to destroy Rome. We should end every post today with, “Obama must be voted out of office.” We need to do this because we know what the future will be like if Obama gets a second term, and it won’t end well for us.

  • Which is communism without the initial violence – that’ll come later. Because of the Federal Banking System – too. Check it out. No one complains against the instability, which is central to the banking system – WHICH ISN’T CAPITALISM AT ALL, BUT COMMUNISM.

  • God_Family_Country

Socialism, communism, redistribution of wealth, social justice, all from the devil.

    • nehemiahreturns

True, and only God can defeat the devil on our behalf. The key to ridding America of all these evils is found in 2 Chronicles 7:14.

  • MikeBri527

The rich have benefited because the government creates the situation in which they become rich.

In NJ Chris Christie vetoed the new Hudson River tunnel project because it was already over budget and NJ doesn’t have the money to pay for it. Both NJ senators (democrats, by the way) screamed about not helping the middle class with the jobs that would’ve been created from the tunnel project. Although that point is debatable (since it’s really just a project and once it’s over the jobs potentially disappear) but never-the-less they screamed.

Having lived in NJ and worked in NYC for many years, I can tell you first hand that the people riding the trains into and out of NYC are not middle class people, they are predominantly upper class white collar caucasian men going to there jobs on Wall St., Madison Ave., etc.

Part of the money for the tunnel was to come from a new tax on gasoline that was (I believe) proposed by the two democrat senators from NJ. That gas tax would’ve affected everyone living in NJ, not just the wealthy, but the middle and lower classes of people also by making them poorer by making them pay more to get to work themselves.

THEREFORE, the commute by the wealthy to their jobs in NYC was to be financed on the backs of the middle and lower class so the two democrat senators have created a situation where the wealthy maintain their low cost commute to NYC while the family struggling to get by and is living paycheck to paycheck now has to pay more for their commute to work.

My point here is not to gang up on the rich. As a Libertarian I don’t believe any of the class warfare crap spewing mostly from the mouths of the democrats in this country. My point is that IT’S THE GOVERNMENT THAT CREATES THE SITUATION FOR THIS TO TAKE PLACE. They are screwing the very people they claim to be trying to help. And we as a people (for the most part) listen to and believe what they tells us and keep voting these a$$holes back into office.

  • leaky_sink

I think “being rich” itself isn’t a bad thing.
It’s bad when they go hand in hand with the government.
And what’s worse is the government feigning innocence,
calling businesses bad names while in bed with them.
