According to the Wall St Journal, Ron Johnson says he can’t support the current Senate tax plan. While the article is blocked by a paywall, I did find this:

I happen to be one of those pass-thru businesses. I am a sole proprietorship, which means my income is treated like that of an individual. I pay taxes at the individual rates. If they go down, I pay less taxes.
But I’m not a corporation and therefore wouldn’t expect to be taxed at the corporate rates.
That said, I’m certainly not against lower individual rates.
