Sarah Palin on Christie scandals: “It’s hard to be the CEO and not know what your closest people are up to”

Sarah Palin did an interview with Inside Edition and when asked about Chris Christie, she seemed to imply some doubt as to whether he’s telling the truth:

I just don’t know all the information out there. It’s hard to be the CEO of an organization and not know what the closest people to you are up to. It’s tough not to know. I know when I was mayor and manager of this city and then governor of the state, certainly you know what your top aides are up to.

I just want to make sure that every politician, that everyone who is elected and given that honor and that sacred honor of a vote, people’s trust, that we don’t blow it. And you blow it if you ever try to hide anything. Whatever is hidden, eventually light shines upon it. So..I just hope that truth is being told right now.
